My Complaint to BBB: Free consultation requirements were not explained to me. I called to schedule a FREE consultation for my rosacea. After my appointment I was sent a bill for $65 because the "Free" consultation was only for the "other" side of the office. When asked if they would honor the error made by their front desk staff in not informing their customer about the free consultation details the office managers response was "NO" I feel this was a mistake in their office and they failed to tell me at the time of the appointment that my medical issue did not qualify for a free consultation. I told the office manager I would have postponed my appointment and she very rudely asked "so you just wouldnt have seeked medical attention for your concerns?" I should not have to pay this bill and I cannot get anyewhere with this office manager. This bill is now in collections as well. Aistheta Response: Rosacea is a medical condition. This patient was referred by another medical clinic by another medical provider for her medical condition of rosacea. She was seen by a medical provider in our office receiving an assessment of her condition and prescriptions for treatment of her medical condition. Complimentary consultations do not apply to medical conditions. Please note that the message on our website reads “Schedule a complimentary COSMETIC consultation and learn how Aistheta can develop a plan for the most beautiful and natural you. My Response: My issue is the receptionist should have informed me, the CUSTOMER that what I was being seen for was NOT considered a "FREE" consultation. I am a customer and I should not be expected to know what an office deems "cosmetic" versus "medical" that is the job of the medical facility to correctly represent themselves and insure the customer is taken care of. I have never in my life encountered such a curt woman than the "office manager" I come from 14 year of Customer Service and anywhere I have worked we always made sure to be held ACCOUNTABLE for misrepresentation and or miscommunication. This office failed miserably in this department. Why is it acceptable for the receptionist to misinform a customer regarding a chargeable issue? This office has the worst customer service I have ever seen!! Including the RUDE receptionist and the curt Office Manager who will not hold her employees accountable. There are far better facilities in Reno!!

I have been seeing Libby for years here,and have always been happy with her,I try to go in at least once a year. I called and asked for a consultation with her today, I received a call back saying" she does not do consultations"The receptionist,Kelly is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL,perhaps familiarity breeds contempt.I was told that her assistants would have to "consult" with me. I am a licensed Aesthetician in several states,and am familiar with the territory,(my face,and the face in general) I explained I was only comfortable with Libby both seeing me,and treating,me ,it fell on deaf ears,and she said" I will speak to her,and get back to you" after ten years, I am moving on to another Dr.,and office staff especially,that are not rude like Kelly. YOU LOSE ME AS A PATIENT because of your receptionist.Unacceptable,I hope the Dr.reads this review,there is no excuse for her attitude or tone.

I have been going to Aistheta for more than 7 years now for both medical services and skin care treatments/facials. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else! Azelin has been doing my treatments since I started and now she cant get rid of me! She really listens to what I want, also taking into consideration what she feels I need, and tailors my treatments to provide what my skin may need at that time. Everyone on the medical side is great as well, always make me feel comfortable, and are always personable. The team is flexible and always willing to do what they can to help with scheduling requests or any issues that may arise. I recommend Aistheta anytime someone asks for somewhere to receive great skin care services, and will continue to do so well into the future!

The worst customer service!!! I bought their products, and I had an allergic reaction that made my face get red. I stopped using the cream and brought it back, but she said no problem with their products.I tried it again, and my face got red again. I went back again and she said the same things....if thats no problem with their products...that means the problem is my face!!! I paid a high price with the worst product&service, and they didnt take respond anything, no refund or exchange product!!! If you like to take a risk, this place is good for you....good luck!!

I love the staff at Aistheta, Reno. I go there for all my cosmetic needs. Libby is amazing at making me look and feel great. Azelyn does a wonderful job with her facials, laser, and needling. And Kelly, the receptionist, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. You wont regret becoming a member of the Aistheta family. They always make sure I am happy with the services and they go out of their way to make sure I receive my "rewards.

Integrated Dermatology of Reno (aka Aistheta) does both cosmetic and medical dermatology and they do them very well. Dr. Mortenson is a brilliant, amiable physician who provides excellent care. The PAs here are some of the most knowledgeable I have ever encountered and the same can be said for the estheticians. All of the staff is wonderfully pleasant and the facilities are clean and comfortable, you really cant go wrong here!

I dont know what is going on with the Receptionist. I made an Appointment 20 Mins later they call me saying they have to change it. Three days later they call me saying I have to change it again in a Voicemail. I call back and they say Im fine then Two days later they call me again saying I need to change it again and then have to change it now to another week. Its not worth the hassel.

Amanda, the nurse injector, dose my Dysport and has done my facials. I am always happy with the results. She is very knowledgeable about injectables and is up to date with the newest and most effective techniques. I 100% trust her! I will be referring all my friends and family to her.

Horrible customer service... Maybe clueless is a better word!!! They cannot get thee paperwork together and properly tell there patients whats needed. Some extra training could possibly help out the office staff!!!
