Michael Burnett

Been going to this office for several years. The PA, Jeremy Hill has been great to see and work with. However, I called this a.m. and was told that Jeremy is moving and only comes in on Fridays, and that his next available appt wouldnt be until September 22nd (9 weeks out). When I asked about the others, I was told the same thing..... 9 weeks out. Totally unacceptable and Dr Pilkington needs to either cut back on new patients or hire more staff. Also, the person on the phone refused to state if Jeremy was moving out of Merced or to another location. Such a shame that this office has gone down the tubes so fast when it comes to Customer Satisfaction and only looks at the money side of the house!!!!

Front desk staff forgot about me sitting in the waiting room for about an hour. I had appointment for 2pm and staff never acknowledged me after I signed in. Patients came and left as I just sat there and was the only one there and still no acknowledgement I was there. Maybe because I was a new patient and they didnt care. I finally just walked out.

Dr. Pilkington is great. Front staff looks like they hate their life. I am now 45 minutes past my appointment and everytime is the same thing. even saw a fist time patient show up pay cash and was sent back before me. Horrible. Only gave two stars because Pilkington is actually good.

They make you hold for 20 minutes, and then when you call back they forward your call about 10 times. Front desk service is HORRIBLE! But Jeremy Hill is the BEST!
