The Doctor was fine to work with but the staff that handles the insurance and billing was a joke. I asked before we even went if they accepted out insurance and I was told yet and then they proceeded to send me bills for the contact fitting which is covered by my insurance on a different plan and they dont take that part of it. I needed to buy contact and got a statement in the mail telling me I could not have my prescription until the $50 was paid in full, even though it was their mess up on out insurance. They did not even send me a statement for a month after I was sent one and now they are demanding their money ASAP. I WOULD NOT ever go back there, staff is very rude and not friendly to work with at all!

My son and I have been dealing with Dr. Fellows and his staff since 1995 or 1996. Its been so long that I cant remember. It was way back when they were located on 8600 So. 1300 E. in Sandy. Theyre always professional, courteous and go out of their way to help you with any problem or needs you may have. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to feel like you are a valued customer versus just feeling like youre another number. And, Gavin youre the best! I will keep going here and referring customers your way! Thanks for many good years of superior customer service!

Like the other commenter, we have been going to Dr. Fellows office for over 10 years. They do a great job of hiring friendly staff. Weve always gotten the best service. Even though weve moved we still make the drive to Sandy so we can get the same friendly help and good care weve gotten for years. I agree that Gavin is our favorite.
