Have been a client for several years; whole family comes here. Regularly. I tried to get a six-month supply of contacts today, but was told that they would only give three-months supply because prescription was set to expire in about six weeks (and that was a "courtesy.") I reject the idea that filling my prescription is a courtesy and that I cannot be trusted to manage my prescription, especially as Ive made regular visits. I explained to the person with whom I was spoke that I would order elsewhere. She agreed to email my prescription and promptly emailed it. Ive ordered elsewhere (online). Frankly, given my history--several years of regular appointments and orders--I havent the foggiest idea why the sudden indifference. I will probably be taking my business elsewhere. Beyond the indifference, the shop has great selection, excellent doctors, although it is a bit expensive.

dr. rago was very professional and helpful with my questions. eye exam process was efficient and thorough. big weakness appears to be on follow up. considered purchasing my glasses from Optics...but their customer service on this front appears sub-par. decided to move on to another shop to buy my glasses. i also wear contacts - but Optics quoted me $149.00 for the fitting alone. overpriced is an understatement. went in with high expectations...but the overall experience was only so-so.

The office is fashionable and high tech. Dr Rago and her staff are super friendly and professional. The selection of frames is phenomenal. Brad knows what looks attractive and has chosen fabulously fashionable frames for me. I love the variety of looks. The staff really care about me, and I feel welcomed and pampered. I would highly recommend Optics of Scottsdale.
