There are not enough good things that I could say about Van Every Chiropractic. My son has high-functioning ASD and an anxiety disorder and due to many changes at school earlier this year he started regressing after a year or so of making progress. We were at our wits end and our entire family had been turned upside down. A friend shared a video from Van Everys "A Perfect Storm" event with me and I watched the emotional testimony of a mom whose son, who had similar behaviors to mine, had a radical transformation after seeing Dr. Saylor. I decided to call, although Id say I was skeptical but hopeful, and my husband was simply skeptical. When I first called Van Every I was pleasantly surprised by how patient, helpful and kind the staff was. I called twice before scheduling my sons appointment and both times the staff took more time than they probably had to answer my questions. Their website has very helpful videos for parents and kids to watch so they know what to expect. For kids like my son, who thrive on routine and knowing what to expect, this was so helpful and also made him excited for his appointment. I continued to be impressed when I arrived at the office - the staff is amazing: they know everyone by name, including myself and my daughter who were not patients until recently, and go above and beyond to make us feel like part of their family. The thing I noticed most is that everyone there truly believes they can help and improve your lives. Weve now been seeing Dr. Saylor and Dr. Ashley for about three months and the transformation in my son is remarkable. The "fight or flight" instinct and his impulsive reactions have decreased dramatically. I got a note from his teacher several weeks back noting how he seemed calm and at peace in the classroom and was returning from lunch and recess (a major problem in the past) very happy and content. Ive now decided for our entire family to get chiropractic care at Van Every. We drive thirty minutes both ways to come to this office but I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. I tell everyone I know to go see them - it can make a huge difference in your quality of life. And if you have a child struggling, please, please go see Van Every. You wont regret it.

We heard about Van Every Family Chiropractic Center through our first and very BAD experience with Chiropractic care. Needless to say, we were very skeptical. My son Zia, then 2 years old, was experiencing breathing issues and a consistently runny nose. Zia’s nose ran literally all the time - he was so used to it that it would just stream down his face and didn’t even bother him. My brother suggested Chiropractic could help. We tried another Dr. who claimed she was ‘kid-friendly’. YIKES! That couldn’t have been further from the truth! From the moment when I first talked to Jane at the front desk, I knew Van Every was different. Jane took all the time I needed to answer countless questions I had and assured me that Dr. Saylor has endless experience with children (including have kids of her own). She made me feel confident that they would do their best to help my baby. Jane really showed she cared, in fact my son still looks forward to seeing her each time we visit the office. Zia didn’t talk at all when we started there so having a staff and Dr.’s who understood and could put him at ease was essential. The center itself has a wonderful room geared towards children called the ‘Jungle Room’. My son feels comfortable in the jungle room and he looks forward to each and every visit! He thinks a visit to the Jungle Room is a reward. In the beginning of his treatments we were advised to come in as much as we could and for us that was twice per week. Now at 4 years old, we continue once per month as a maintenance measure. If my son’s nose starts running I know it’s time for an adjustment!! Both Dr.’s Saylor and Vanloon were very helpful in letting us know when to back off his aggressive visit schedule as his symptoms improved over the course of his care. We truly feel like part of the family there. I would never go anywhere else. In fact, I’m a patient now too!

I have been under chiropractic Care at Van Every Family Chiropractic Center since January 2017. I was suffering with cronic back, hip, knee and foot pain for many years. The pain had become something I was used to, I found ways to "deal" with it to get thru the day. I took over the counter pain relievers daily and pain caused me to alter my lifestyle. I was not able to be as active as I wanted to be with my young kids, and would only go upstairs or downstairs in my home once per day. Climbing the stairs had become very painful, especially when carrying a laundry basket etc. I met Dr. Saylor and felt a real connection with her and the entire team in the office. The initial visit was very comprehensive and the visit to review the findings of the tests was fascinating. Dr. Saylor assured me that I would begin to feel relief almost immediately and she was right! She discussed stress levels and how they affect your nervous system, and how adjustments can benefit every area of your body. I could not believe the immediate results I received from the very first adjustment. I would finally willingly climb stairs and could not wait to be active with my kids. I have been under consistent care since and have not felt this good in over 10 years. I have lost a significant amount of weight and have started riding my bike again. My favorite part of Van Every Family Chiropractic Center, and Drs. Saylor and Ashley is the relationship we have developed. I know they are invested in my overall health and well-being, they have my best interest at heart. I was able to communicate a very stressful time at work and Dr. Saylor worked me thru it and suggested a natural supplement to help when needed. I trust these Drs and the staff to take good care of me and my family.

Van Every Family Chiropractic is hands down the nicest office I have ever visited. Everyone who works there is so kind, accommodating, compassionate and warm, you feel like you are visiting with old friends. But that is only one of the many reasons we love Van Every and the doctors. At 7 weeks old my brand new, beautiful baby boy was diagnosed with reflux and put on medication, and I was devastated. I searched high and low for any other treatments that did not require meditating his tiny body. By some amazing luck, a mom recommended Dr. Saylor to me and I didnt hesitate driving the half hour to her office, despite the fact that there were dozens of chiropractic offices within a few miles of my home. What first drew me to their office was the fact that Dr.Saylor is pediatric certified. I also felt very comfortable with KST as I knew he was gently being adjusted. But once I met Dr. Saylor, the reason she was brought into our lives was clear: she has an amazing way of making you feel calm, cared for and that everything would be OK. She promised me in the first appointment that we would get my baby better. I left that day in tears because I knew I had found my answer. And she was absolutely right; after 7 weeks he was off the meds and people call him the happiest little boy. Almost 2 years later, we still make the 30-45 drive for our monthly appointments. Dr. Saylor has helped keep my little one healthy and happy and I could not be more thankful that she was brought into our lives! I could never express the love and gratitude we have for everyone at Van Every Family Chiropractic. They have helped make our lives infinitely better!
