If you truly need help, dont even bother trusting this place. When I really needed help, I left a voicemail and was never called back. When I talk to Nancy, apparently the only front office staff, she always promises to call me back...does it ever happen? No. Out of the 6 or 7 times Ive called with a question, not once have I ever heard back from the doctor or staff. Theyve moved my appointments without consulting me, and leave me to assume they are purely in this business for the money and not actually here to help their clients.
