WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first of all, neither of the 2 so called doctors are psychologists. so if you were like me and found them while looking up child psychologists, dont be fooled. one is a licensed chiropractor and the other one is a behavioral therapist. in their website they claim to be neuroplasticians. im not sure what qualifies them to call themselves that. second, if you choose to chance it with them, record every phone call you have with them and every conversation. third, i know therapists and have been to therapy. ive met bad ones. ones that keep you sick so you can bring them a paycheck. there are therapists and doctors who do that! ive only delt with these people a handful of times but i see enough red flags to stay far far away from them. fourth, i dont doubt that they helped some people. even Hitler was an angel to the eyes of a group of people. If you choose to see these two, do yourself a favor. get a second opinion and ignore their spill on labels. know that you cant control what other people may think of you. trying to do so will drive you in to depression and anxiety. dont worry about labels! if you or your child are happy and yalls behavior doesnt hurt anyone. let them be happy! why add on the stress of worrying what someone will label you. God made you the way you are and he doesnt make mistakes. labeling is just another word for judgement.

First off, these people are very unprofessional and disorganized. Their office is extremely messy and all of their therapy items and toys are filthy. I understand that dealing with multiple children on the autism spectrum every day can cause mess, but thats even more reason to clean and make sure things are sanitized, which no one here does. Next, Dr. Mounger is the only one qualified to deal with and treat the patients. She is a behavioral therapist. The other one, Dr. Ivy, is a chiropractor. In a program that takes on multiple patients at a time, this is unacceptable. Most of their staff are their friends and family who are not qualified to help you or your child. Lastly, and in my opinion most importantly, Dr. Mounger has ZERO respect for patient confidentiality laws. She freely tells other patients personal business, and she will do the same to you. Personally Ive seen her make fun of and laugh at her patients problems or behaviors behind their back. Another thing that is extremely unacceptable. If you are looking for a professional to help you or a family member, this is the absolute last place I would recommend. You will not get help here. You will pay lots of money for little to no actual treatment. If I could give less than one star I would.

The negative reviews are preposterous. Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Ivy are amazing people and have taken care of our son phenomenally! Stephanie gave us a manageable plan and with her their help, our sons biggest problem behavior were greatly improved! Hes always welcomed with caring arms when we go in and looks forward to camp every week. Stephanie even proudly put my sons Lego creations on a display shelf! I cant see how anyone would say anything negative about this place. Its been a Godsend to us. And Im sorry, but if you are there to judge how organized the toys are in a room of autistic kids, then you clearly need to check yourself. This place is amazing and if you are considering ABA, then do yourself a favor and meet Stephanie. You wont regret it!

Before going to Brainchild Labs, my son was really struggling socially and with sensory issues. His behavior was terrible if he got out of his routine, and he had meltdowns several times a week. After Brainchild created a tailor-made reinforcement schedule with rewards that were his perfect currency, his behavior has improved 99%. The accountability and weekly Saturday maintenance camps keeps his tantrums under control. I dont know what I would do without them. They are truly invested in each of their patients and care about the success and potential of each one. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with a child or teen who has behavior issues or defiance.

Nikki, not her name, is a fired employee who would like nothing else but to ruin our business. There is absolutely nothing in the review that is even close to the review written. Stephanie Mounger is a BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Dr. Ivy is a Doctor of Chiropractic who is also a Registered Behavior Technician. All staff are trained and have completed the RBT training and are in various stages of testing. We have lots of satisfied parents and patients just not one employee who got fired. This is the internet and anyone can say anything about anybody. If you are looking for help with your child, We invte you to come see for yourself.

Dr. Mounger and Dr. Ivy are WONDERFUL! They have been able to change behaviors that my younger son has had for over 10 years within a couple of months just by giving us a game plan that we, as busy parents, can actually follow! Dr. Mounger and Dr. Ivy are an answered prayer for both our boys. After many years of doctors, hospitals, testing, meds and lots of tears we have found our solution! I just wish we had found them sooner! Highly Recommended!!!
