We had procedures on Dental Options at 11645 Biscayne Blvd.Suite 204 North Miami, FL 33181 with Dr Gordon, back in 2008. The work consisted on 5 crowns and root canal. All of these work were bad done. I suffered for many years with pain all is documented on our current dentist another Dental office. The office Dental Options would no honor any of this wrongdoing even after two doctor corroborate the all the jobs had issues; my wife is losing at least two or three of these tooth; this was reported by an endodontics to us. Two of the corona are shorted allowing cavities and two were done larger affecting the bite. They sold to my wife a very expensive financial plan. Please we need help how to complaint about this so other patients be aware of these mal practices. be aware.

First of all i will say i was happy with my treatment My problem was when it came time to pay ,I Have insurance and discussed with them the best timeline for my treatment to maximize my insurance , i was told that a,b,c would be covered and i would have to pay out about 2500 that my insurance did not cover ,I was fine with that however when it was time to pay my bill was 500 dollars more than discussed and what was written on my invoice ,when i pressed to find out why (fifteen) minuets later was told "oh we thought this was covered and it was not" you had my insurance information for 4 months and now your telling me oh sorry .....Im not paying i was given a quote and i expect you to honor your quote.a difference of 10 % would have been fine but 25% no acceptable

Over all the group is very professional and cordial. Most of my Appointments were within 5 to 15 minutes wait. I Highly recommend Dr. Cruz, Dr. Gonzalez and both of their teams. Their attention to detail and quality of work are superb. The financial department ...specially "Rosa", always with a positive aptitude, providing alternatives plans and financial options. I hated dentist visit most of my life, however after these past 2 years I now have a better attitude towards them. Thank you to all

I am a very difficult patient and get very anxious when visiting the dentist so I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went. Numbed perfectly in one shot (when it usually takes four or five) and out in a reasonable amount of time all while looking at a great view of Miami. Warm friendly staff in a beautiful office. Theyre efficient while still being personable and personal with each patient. Dr Segal has excellent bedside manner for a fraidy-cat like me! Thanks Dr Segal!

I needed a crown on my back molar. The dentist was unable to numb the spot needed, but she did manage to numb the rest of my jaw completely. I was in an incredible amount of pain as she filed away my tooth. The appointment to place to crown took several hours and was so painful. I sensed the doctor did not know what she was doing. the crown is still uncomfortable and too high but Im too afraid to go back. also the crown cost $1300 even with insurance!

Great office just has some of the most rude and unprofessional assistants. The girl that scheduled my appointment and took my payment was very rude I gave her my card in hand and she placed it on the counter twice. Had an attitude when I asked her for certain day. Her name was rosa. Hope I dont have to deal with her again because parking is already a headache and I dont need to pay my money to deal with a selfish brat!

The doctors and dental nurses especially Daniela are AMAZING. Daniela is one of the best dental nurses I have come across with and she is super sweet, teaches you step by step any protocol and educates you upon things you may not know. She made me feel comfortable and was very gentle with my procedure I recommend her she is the #1 thank you Dental Options

Myself and my family have been going to Dental Options for many years. I believe that it is a very good practice and all of the staff (dentist, oral surgeons, hygienists, orthodontists, periodontists, etc.,) have all been good. We have had cleanings, fillings, tooth extractions, implants, and braces; and there are no complaints from any of us.

The staff is very polite and work with your schedule. I have very sensitive teeth but whenever i go for my cleaning, they take their time to make sure i am comfortable. My orthodontist is the best. Very polite and knowledgeable in her field. Its a great place, just go get your teeth done so your smile can be as bright as mine!

Excellent dentists at this location. I have been with them for 4 years now and very pleased. Only negative is finding a parking space can be challenging depending on the time. Although here is free valet service. I have Dr Cruz and she is always professional and very knowledgeable.

Ive been seeing Dr. Kusnick for years. The Endodontist Dr. Epelman has been excellent in dealing with my troublesome teeth. Her assistant Erick is great. The office is clean, well organized and uses modern equipment. The hygienists are great.
