Scott has to be the best hands-down chiropractor in the state! The comfortable friendly atmosphere, & his staff are A++ I was a newbie, havent seen a back specialist, and I was hurting bad! I called up Dr. Klein & I was set! His manual adjustments are very comfortable, his use of various techniques are great, I got started off w/ "How you feeling" and after being adjusted, he concentrated directly on my areas in need. Most other chiropractors only use the "Handheld Gun" method of adjusting, he goes the extra mile!! Besides the hand adjustments, youll find electrical stimulation, where he lets you adjust if you like, brings out some hand tools that are back/leg/neck specific, and then lets you sit for a little while on a great massage table w/ a rolling lumbar type automated motion. It felt more like a visit and a Spa w/ him. Is very friendly staff, the doctor is very personable and tries to make your experience the best. Its a very nice environment, you get asked your music preference as your bing worked on! I have MASS HEALTH insurance that many people dont take, but he takes it as well as all the major insurances out there! Thats a huge plus! There is also an in-house woman who does skin therapy, manicures, pedicures, etc. if you need massage therapy he can refer you to someone upstairs in his office building. I have just been at my 3rd visit and before I leave every time he always asked me how do I feel making the experience even better... So if youre looking for a chiropractor and youre looking for professional staff as well as a nice homey environment this is your place! Located in Downtown Peabody off 95/128 Its very easy to get to, private parking lot for customers, and flexible appointments. Neck or Back Hurting? Not feeling 100% Injured or what not, call him up, and drop by for a quick visit. You can be in and out in 15/20 minutes if your on a heavy schedule, or if he has the time and you need extra attention you can spend the time needed to make you feel the best when you leave, thats his motto, leaving feeling great! Like I said very friendly, you can talk about what you like or if you want to keep it semi private thats cool as well. The back private lot has a back door entrance, you can use that or the front. Their accommodation for hours/days was beneficial and fit me in when by back was bad. Was able to bring my son with me and the Chiroprator entertained my son during my visit, went above and beyond my expectations. Will go there from now on. Did a great job with my back pain.
