I came to First Choice with herniations in my cervical spine, degeneration and bulging. I thought I was never going to get better! My arm was numb, burning and tingling, I was having horrific migraines and was in so much pain. Dr. Karen is so wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. You never feel rushed and she takes all the time you need and explains everything. I cannot thank her enough for making me feel so much better. I am pain and numb free thanks to her amazing care! I highly recommend seeing them for any back or neck ailment you have. The decompression therapy was amazing - sure beats surgery! See them first!

Ive had back and neck pain for years and was never able to find any source of relief until I walked through the doors of first choice chiropractic. Dr. Kurt &. Dr. Karen along with their awesome team have really changed my life. Up until this point, I thought Id be living in pain forever but with all the hard work and effort they have put in, i am living life pain free and happy again! I cant thank the doctors and their assistant (shana) enough for all they have done for me!! I absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for treatment.

I have a very serious back condition. I just had surgery but up until recently, Karen the chiropractor was one of the healthcare practitioners who helped me tremendously. Shes very kind and spends a lot of time with you. She knows her stuff. I would walk in there in such severe pain that I could barely take it and walk out feeling such tremendous relief. I highly recommend first choice and I highly recommend Karen especially.
