Dr. Graf is amazing! If you are experiencing issues with your spine or headaches, I highly recommend going to Abundant Health Chiropractic. In March 2016 I fractured my spine. After spending 3 months immobilized, a summer of PT that didnt help, and countless visits to Lehigh Valley Spine Specialists who kept shoving pain meds and muscle relaxers down my throat, I decided to give chiropractic a chance. Dr. Graf ordered x-rays and showed me specifically where the issues were in each vertebrae. After treating with Dr. graf for three months, I was finally able to make it through a full day of activity and return to doing the things I used to to pre-injury. I have been treating with Dr. Graf for almost 9 months now and I have recovered from my injury 100%. Dr. Graf has an extensive knowledge of chiropractic medicine and takes the time to educate his patients as well. He also re-orders x-rays and reviews to show his patients their improvement. The office is welcoming and the staff is very friendly and inviting. Chiropractic has truly saved my life. If you are considering visiting a spine specialist or thinking about cortisone injections, I highly recommend saving yourself a lot of frustration, time, and money and go to Dr. Graf.

Outstanding Care. Highly recommend! Dr. Graf is one of a kind. Knowledgeable. Compassionate. Kind. Skilled. He is passionate about what he does and has a burning desire to educate. I have had chiropractic care on and off for most of my life, and I can honestly say Dr. Graf is the first doctor to get me moving the way I need to be moving! Not only that - he has helped to me understand the importance of spinal health to the overall health of my whole body and all its systems. I deal with chronic pain and chronic fatigue. Best Chiropractor in the Lehigh Valley! After having my second child, I struggled with arm and hand numbness and pain. After 3 years of dealing with the pain and thinking this was my new normal, I finally sought help through Dr. Justin. Dr. Justin took the time to educate me about my spine after going over my X-rays together. He is very thorough in everything he does to help each patient feel comfortable with the chiropractic process of healing the spine. After my first adjustment I was amazed that the pain had minimized. I am on the road to recovery, and I certainly do not think I would be feeling better if it were not for Dr. Justin. He is amazing at healing the spine so your body can continue to work at its best level!

I was referred here and I went in very skeptical... I used to get frequent migraine and headaches and had sever back pain with activity. I started seeing Dr. Graf and within two months I already see a major decrease in back pain and my headaches. He is not your typical chiropractor. He has you get x-rays and actually goes over and shows you what is going on with your spine before he starts the adjustments. He and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. I walked into Dr. Grafs office, barely able to walk with some herniated discs and a misaligned spine. He sat me with me, and gave me then rundown of what his clinic is about. Before adjusting me, he sent me for X-Rays. The next day he sat down with me for an hour, and discussed each x-ray, going into complete detail about every vertebrae in my back and neck. He then came up with a game-plan to not only remedy the pain I was having, but also correct the deeper issues that were the source of my issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Graf to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr Grafs for many years now. When I first came to Dr Graf, I couldnt sleep on my left side because of neck and back problems (both skeletal and muscular). I would awaken with piercing headaches. Since I have been with him, I can sleep comfortably throughout the night. My pain loss is due to regular adjustments and muscle manipulations with Dr Graf, As well as follow up instructions for maintaining my spines health between adjustments. Abundant Health is amazing and they have helped me immensely with my TMJ/Neck and back issues. I have been seeing Dr. Graf for about 4 months and he is helping me attain my health goals and get on the road to being pain free. Never before have I met a Chiropractor that genuinely cared about my long term health as a whole and not just a "bone cracker". Dr. Graf walks the walk and not all chiropractors are the same. Hes strong enough to make effective adjustments and has the experience to be able to feel a muscle and bones and effectively treat the area. He uses X-rays, which my other chiro did not and creates a plan for me to get over my issues. I never felt taken advantage of because I knew the plan and the goal.

Genuinely cares about his patients. I make a 30 - 40 minute drive to see Justine and I dont mind. Why not? Because I know Im going to get adjusted by someone who takes the time to listen and understand my aches and pains. Someone who is always smiling and seems happy to see you. I go in and while conversing get my normal adjustments. If there was something different bothering me, well that gets adjusted too. I feel good when I walk out of the building and now tomorrow Ill feel even better.
