I have spent 5 years of my short adult-life studying nursing, while enduring chronic daily headaches (in addition to numerous other health issues). Our society, as well as my education, taught me to seek specialists and treatments through the "traditional" health care model. After a very long road of exhausting all "typical" options for relief, which only left my health in an even more vulnerable state, I finally met Dr. Mariano. He and his practice have enlightened me to a crucial (yet obvious) part of health, oneself. I am 15 years old and had really unhealthy posture before seeing Dr. Mariano for the first time. I would hunch most of the time, and would get sharp pains in my neck. But Dr. Mariano does a really good job of giving me a clear understanding of what the exact problem is, and how to fix it. I had never heard of the word "subluxation" before, but I now know how misalignment in the vertebrae can cause so many other problems. But in the few short months I have been seeing Mariano, I have not experienced any form of sickness (except for a mild headache every once in a while), and my posture feels so much better.

Before I came to chiropractic, i was Im truly great pain in my back and upper neck. It only took 1 visit to Dr.Mariano for him to already have a plan to help me recover from the absorbinant amounts of pain I was in. After a short 5 weeks of getting adjusted my main problem I came with has subsided significantly. Before coming to Mariano holistic life center I would have about 5-10 migraines a month and they would be debilitating. I used to have stomach pain that was so bad i had to leave school early almost every day we went to every kind of stomach specialist and doctor and all of them said I was perfectly fine and healthy(although I clearly wasnt) we felt like we were out of options and had nowhere else to go until my grandma found Dr Mariano and he helped me get better and now I havent had stomach pain since.
