I read two previous reviews. I do not think they are about this business, the doctor name was wrong in the first, and doctor specialty in the second. I had no problems with doctor Hershenbaum herself. During my visit she was nice and very professional. She was recommended to me by doctor Sharon Fried, which I left for insurance reason. But the stuff is terrible and unprofessional. The tel. system did not work for 10 days and not even attempted to be fixed. Many patients are being scheduled for the same time to maximize the profit. They failed to inform me that my HMO refferal was expired and I walked out of appointment for pure accident avoiding charges for the visit otherwise. They do not even bother to remind about upcoming appointment.

Overall shocking experience, receptionists and staff arent aware of how to conduct their business, limited knowledge with rather serious attitude. Dr. Benjamin Chouake has no real bed-side manners either; crew took my vitals and two hours later dr walks in with a rather nonchalant "were sorry for making you wait." (In this tiny and uncomfortable room ridden with equipment from the 70s) Regarding the unnecessary tests, yes, thats true - I had few ridiculous things done just to diagnose symptoms of common cold. Then I told him what I took in the past to remedy such conditions and he gave me the same. Do not recommend!! Would not come back.

AWFUL!!!!!! The doctor made me wait for 2 hours to see me. Then called me back to get the results 3 days later of the urine test. After leaving work early and waiting for 2 hours, the nurse informed me that the results were not available. I requested they be mailed to me. It has been 2 weeks I still dont have the results. The creepiest thing is the doctor Dr. Hamada never made eye contact. This place is awful. The people are rude, and inefficient. I would recommend to go an ER instead. This place is the worst.
