DO NOT GO HERE!!! They discriminate based on race and treat you like dirt. Staff was rude and made me very uncomfortable. This was the worst experience ever and not even an animal should go through such treatment. 1. specifically mentioned no need for referral, on walking in, asked wheres the referral? When I said I had none, they called me a liar, we were cheating and showing up under pretenses so I can make an appointment. 2. There was a co-pay for my visit and coverage for my visit. Instead of checking with the information GIVEN to them, they put the onus on me to call insurance to see if Im covered. All other doctors offices will call and check... 3. Very unprofessional staff, displayed much abrasiveness, banging drawers, etc. 4. Doctor didnt care (Penina Burnstein), I mentioned the rude attitude that the staff showed, she shrugged and said, "things happen".

AVOID. I waited 1.5 hours before being escorted into an exam room to wait some more. During that time, I heard every patient complain, loudly, about long wait times. I witnessed the receptionist argue with patients, mix up one patients insurance card with another patients paperwork, and tell a disabled patient to move her chair because it was placed inconveniently instead of asking her if she needed help. It was an incredibly insensitive comment because the patient couldnt stand up or walk. Of course, when I visited my pharmacy to pick up a prescription, it wasnt there. I called the office, was put on hold several times before being told it was called in. Where? I asked. To the wrong pharmacy... of course. I wont be going back. The doctor is probably very good, but her support staff needs a complete overhaul and/or retraining.

Whenever we have appointments the doctor is ALWAYS running late. She runs an hour late and Im here in the waiting room for 2 hours! Are you kidding me so unprofessional. Changing my dermatologist to someone who knows how to keep appointment. And they dont even do it by appointment. Its first come first serve. Whats the point of me making an appointment if someone who at a 1pm appointment goes in before me when I had a 11 am appointment. Extremely irritated by this place.

You dont feel you went to a specialist office. No place to sit and told us doctor is running late and you will be seen after two hours. For laser treatments, they dont have time to explain, but just tell you the price. You are their customer not a patient. Always crowded
