I first would like to state that Dr. Feinberg is a wonderful doctor, and my experience with him was absolutely satisfactory. However, I have little to say for his staff and billing department. This was my first visit to this dermatologist, and I placed my trust with them that they accepted my insurance for my visit only to find out later that they were out-of-network. When I received my out-of-network claim from my insurance company, I called to speak with Dr. Feinbergs staff. They said, "Dont worry, we do take your insurance. We have had this issue before. We will make sure it is all processed correctly.” Well, months later, I received a bill for over $230 with a note that is was due to my deductible. When I called their office again, they said, “Oh, yes that is due to your in-network deductible, and you should contact your insurance company to confirm this information. We are in-network under the Multiplan”. When I contacted my insurance company, they told me that this doctor’s office should have never told me that they were in-network, because they werent. Now, I have no other choice but to write this review to warn others. Do your due diligence and confirm 100% with your insurance company before trusting a doctor’s office for information. Definitely don’t trust the staff of this office. You have been warned! The one star on this review is solely to the doctor (he deserves it). The staff gets nothing from me.

Dr. Herbert Feinberg is my dermatologist. I have been going to him for over nineteen years, and I am so happy that I was recommended to him. He not only helped me with rosacia, but he also did my hair transplants. I started losing my hair, and I consulted Dre. Feinberg about a hair transplant. He explained the entire process, and I agreed to have him give me hair. He did such a remarkable job, that friends of mine also went to him, and were extremely happy. The new hair growth, which I watched everyday, gave me a new zest on life. I had hair again, where there was no more. I looked younger, better and my self esteem sky rocketed. I felt a new confidence that made me a better husband, friend, and businessman. I look great thanks to Dr. Feinberg. Thank you Dr. Feinberg for being such a caring and dedicated doctor. Dr. Feinberg also does laser, botox, restylane, peels... Also, he has a great spa upstairs! My wife goes there once or twice a week, for facials,, massages, scrubs, makeup, hair...She looks great!

I recently switched dermatologists and began seeing Dr. Feinberg at his Englewood, NJ location. In my opinion, he is everything you would want in a dermatologist. He is very personable, so you feel comfortable talking to him (and so is every member of the staff I encountered). He is also very thorough in examinations and direct with his opinions and explanations. My face is now rid of all adult acne. Dr. Feinberg is smart and aggressive with his treatment! Dr. Feinberg’s office is a very nice office with ample parking, a big plus in my book!! I waited for my appointment less than 10 minutes, which is not bad at all!

Dr. Herbert Feinberg did my hair transplants, and he changed my life. I gained a head of hair, confidence, looked better and became a more successful business man. It improved my self esteem. So many people loved my hair that they also used Dr. Feinberg. My wife and I also use him as a dermatologist and he is dedicated to doing an excellent job and curing us of any ailments. My wife uses the spa every week, if not twice, and loves all of the services. Thank you Dr. Feinberg for your expertise, and your passion.

Liars.. Dont believe anything this doctors administrators tell you. They lied to my wife about being in-network. Dont get scammed by them and make sure you check with your insurance company prior to talking to them. Unbelievable pieces of garbage.
