I spend more time on hold than I do actually speaking to anyone. Any time Ive gone there, in the morning or the afternoon, it is the farthest thing from busy. There is no reason I, or any patient for that matter, should be on hold for 20+ minutes! And even after I hang up and try to call back, hoping to get someone else, even if it is someone else its the same bs, "please hold" like for what?! Smh, disgraceful. Dr. Goldstein is a doll, but the front desk needs to get their life together ASAP for the sake of the practice. That is all.

If you like to waste time and burn money, this is the place for you. Was the first appointment and waited 35 minutes. I held up my end of the bargain and got there on-time. Once i went in, the doctor was with me for all of 30 seconds and gave me no information. Told me to talk to a general surgeon even though other doctors all referred me to a skin doctor. Was asked 3 times if skin cancer ran in the family, i answered yes, you would think they would do a quick check for anything, but no. Biggest waste of money i have ever seen.

Honestly, the receptionists are EXTREMELY RUDE. The ones who answer the phones and the ones who are supposed to greet you nicely simply do not do so. I will never go back here. They need to learn how to speak to people in a kind manner. I had to call 3 times before I was able to get my documents faxed to a new location. I cannot say Ive EVER had a pleasant experience in dealing with any of them. I wasnt fond of my dermatologist either. She was also rude and didnt seem concerned about my skins condition. Horrible place.

Ive taken my sons there at separate times for dark marks on their face and told by two of the dr.s they that have no idea what that was. To quote.."maybe thats just you" What??? They black marks on the side of their faces and their foreheads that just appeared and the dr. says... I dont know?? And they acted like they could not be bothered. It was lunch time!

THE PERSON WHO ANSWERS THE PHONES IN THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE FIRED. I CALLED FOUR TIMES AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS OFFICE

Called for an appointment. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Drs are great but upfront staff is definetly ruining their practice and reputation. Look elsewhere!!
