I have never been to an office that is so unorganized. First of all, no one knows what the other one is doing. My first visit, I filled out pages and pages of paper work (which is fine). The girl comes into the office with her tablet and asks me the same questions that were on the paperwork. (Ok maybe she is just double checking). Then she ask me to list all my past surgeries that I had, so I said to her, that information has been filled out already and should be in your data base. Mind you, the girl (like the rest of the office) has no personality, nor do any of them look happy to be there. They evaluated my skin and took two biopsies. Two weeks later they called and told me that the biopsy they took on my back is cancerous and has to be removed, and the one on my nose is not cancerous but they are abnormal cells that need to frozen. Fine! I scheduled an appt. to come in, thinking Im having the surgery to remove the mole, but no. They scheduled an appt. for me to fill out more paperwork (which could have been done via mail) and to give me a copy of Dr. Quan resume who will be performing surgery. I have not met any of these doctors that are suppose to be affiliated with this office. The "Nurse Practitioner" and her Medical Assistant Stephanie, said I will meet the doctor that day and they will need to have following up visits afterwards to remove stitches. Losing totally confidence (which I didnt have much in the first place) with this office. At first I thought it was me, but as I read some of the other reviews and feedback from other patients, its quite scary. I rated them under "disliked it" because I feel Hate is a horrible word :)

Had a terrible experience with my husband here. My husband had a lipoma removed and arm stitched up. He went back 2 weeks later to have the stitches removed. 2 weeks after that his arm started hurting and u could see there were still stitches in his arm. He thought as it healed the rest of the stitches would come out and that was why they were just left in his arm. 2 weeks later his arm was infected and the stitches did not come out on their own so we went to an urgent care place since it was a Saturday and then went back to the office the same monday. The NP took the stitches out while scolding him for not coming in sooner and not taking responsibility for the offices negligence in the first place. He didnt come in because he didnt know he still had the stitches in him and when he did, he thought they were supposed to be in there and come out on their own otherwise the doctor wouldve taken them ALL out to begin with. The NP then called in a prescription for him and we were told by the office manager they would not pay for it nor would they pay for the urgent care visit my husband had to pay for on Saturday because he waited too long and they arent responsible. To me this is medical malpractice and negligence. To them its my husbands fault. I recommend looking for somewhere else to go unless you want to take the chance of negligence being blamed on you.

I found this doctor from Horizons list of in network doctors. I made an appointment to doctor Rapaport and waited. When the day came I went to my appointment with doc Rapaport but instead I was transferred to Dr. Carmona. Another patient waiting at the desk had the same problem, she was transferred as well without notice. Doctor Carmona came in, I explained her my problem but because of my backache that day I was rescheduled to another week. So another day when I came to visit her I had to wait two hours despite I had an appointment for 10:45. Then i was called inside and waited another 20mins. I talked to nurse and asked if they have full anesthesia in case I need laser surgery as on the insurance listing it is said that doctor Rapaport is doing surgeries in Englewood hospital. But instead Dr. Carmona came and without even examining me said that they cannot help me and referred me to another doctors office. Did I forget to say that they charged me? Hell Yes. They wasted my 3 hours and without even examining me said that they are not treating something that they even dont know what and charged me for that. If you care about your life avoid this place at all times. This doc should have her license canceled. I can believe that such docs exist.

Worst doctors office experience ever. I booked my anual skin screening since I am new to the area, hoping to find a long term doctor for myself. Skin issues run in my family so its important that I am a regular patient somewhere. NOT HERE! They dont keep their Zoc Doc times updated so it looked like they were completely open. I took a 10a appt and when I walked in ON TIME there were at least 20 other people in the waiting area. They told me there were 5 other people in front of me. What is the point of an appt? I waited, and waited and waited. Almost an hour and a half later I asked to speak to the office manager and said they were not being respsectful of my time and that i had to get to work. I said I could give her 2 minutes to check on things but that I needed to be seen immidiately. She was nasty and rude an said it would take more than 2 minutes b/c her foot hurt. What?? I wasnt even waiting to see the doctor, but a nurse practicioner in the office. AND while I was there several food deliveries came in that were sent to the back for the nurses. So I am waiting out here and you are in the back eating?? Never going back. This place is a cattle call.

Dont bother going to the Jersey City location. The two times weve been there, theyve conveniently forgotten to call in prescriptions and we had to call multiple times to get someone to finally take care of it. Today, they called me at 10:20AM for an 11AM appt to tell me that they couldnt verify our insurance and were cancelling my sons appointment. After speaking with several people, I find out they dont have anyone in the office trained on the computer system but they were able to call their main office and have them do it. After finally confirming our insurance, they called back at 10:45AM to tell me our referral had expired and could I please have our pediatrician fax over a new one. First, the pediatricians office is closed, and second, our appointment was in 15 minutes. Youd be better off driving to Englewood Cliffs. The level of incompetency at the Jersey City office is astounding.

Went to the Highland Park location today and never saw the doctor. I had a 12:00 appointment and I walked in to a cramped waiting room stuffed with people a few minutes before 12:00. I waited in that room until a couple of minutes before 1pm when I just had to leave to get back to work. I had come to work a half hour early that day so I should, I thought, easily make up for the extra time traveling to and being at the doctors office but that wasnt the case. If they are running so far behind they should notify people or at the very least tell me when I arrive. I know you always have to wait a bit at the doctors office but I was still at least 20 minutes away from getting called in when I cancelled the appointment. I dont know who but doctors get away with running businesses like this.
