Dont go here. I called and made an appointment for 8:15 am on a Wednesday, I arrive at 8:10 and ring the bell, several times. I knocked several times. Im Waiting outside in the pouring rain for someone to come to the door. I called several times while outside. Finally someone answers the phone. She was rude, and said that I made a mistake, that my appointment was Friday. I received a text message that day, confirming my appointment for Friday. Today Is Friday. I get there 8:10 am. The office is closed. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, and waited for several more minutes. At this point, im annoyed, I look it up on google. Office is closed Fridays. WTF? This unprofessional office of idiots, will never get not one red cent of my insurance money along with not one split second of my time. In fact, the only time I spent on this improper dermatologist non-practice that was useful was writing this review. Wish there was an option to rate -1 stars.

Ive been to this office numerous times to see Jennifer Wong ever since switching dermatologists a couple of years ago. I have had a number of issues including dry skin, acne and rashes that have been treated successfully. She is a consummate professional and always takes the time to address any of my questions or concerns. I dont usually have an issue being seen on time but the required paperwork is extensive.

I PERSONALLY FIND THIS PLACE FILLED WITH WARM AND LOVING PEOPLE. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND THE SERVICE IS QUICK WITH NO WAITING AS THE OFFICE IS VERY COMFY AND COZY. THE OFFICE IS RECENTLY REMODLED AND VERY UP TO DATE WITH GREAT PLAYING MUSIC WHICH PUT ME AT EASE AS A PATIENT. I RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE COME ON DOWN TO ADVANCED DERMATOLOGY WHERE YOU WILL GET YOURSELF GREAT SKIN!!!!

My appointment went well. I came to get treatment for candida on my back. The reception and staff were polite and efficient in getting me situated in the examination room. Facilities were clean. Dr. Wong was very thorough and patient in explaining how to better treat my skin condition. Great experience overall and will be back again.

Dont bother with this place. Its confusing and there are 2 doors with no clear signs on them as to which office is located. No one responded to all 5 buzzers located on both sides of the 2 doors. Shady as hell and not how a doctors office should operate with multiple entrances and no obvious signs.

My experience was AWESOME. Dr. M listened to my concerns and worries about my skin, and provided treatment options based on my comfort levels and personal preferences. I have been on her treatment plan for a few weeks now and can say my skin looks even better than I imagined. Thank you.

i called and they gave me an appointment for Friday morning with "Dr DISpaltro...". Nobody was at the location on Friday at 8 am.... what a bunch of dishonest ppl Making appointments when they know nobody will be there to even open the door... what a shame
