I usually either dont care enough or have the time to write a review, but I felt like this time it would be appropriate. Ive gone to this urgent care twice. First time was for something silly I admit. I had a sudden onset of pain, redness, and swelling in the 5th digit of my right toe. Did an xray and diagnosed me with a corn. Was not convinced. Ive played organized basketball and have worked out almost everyday for most of my life, so I KNOW what a corn, callus, etc feels like. Now with work and a new baby, I am lucky if I can go play some rec league ball once a week. Needless to say, 3 weeks later, the toe continues to be painful, but I have managed it until I can make an appt with a podiatrist or orthopedic. 2nd visit was for a sore throat and fatigue for 5 days, but a sudden onset of fevers 101-102.7 along with chills, bodyaches, cough, malaise, and blood tinged sputum for about 12-24 hours. Doc didnt do much except give me Motrin (because I was up to date with Tylenol) and write me a work note with a basic viral diagnosis. Still wasnt convinced, but this time I was much more concerned with the blood tinged sputum, so I was lucky enough that my PMD was able to squeeze me in for the last appt on the same day. Thoroughly explained my symptoms and even showed him a picture of the rusty colored mucus. It was enough for him to put me on Abx for bacterial pneumonia. Did bloodwork and cxr confirmed his diagnosis. Really wanted to like this urgent care since they are affiliated with the health system I work for, but was disappointed to say the least.

I went to this facility a few days ago because I wasnt feeling well and it was rapidly getting worse. I yelped "urgent care" and this facility had a higher rating than the one down the road so I chose to drive the extra mile. Im glad I did. There werent any patients there at the time so I was lucky because I dont think I could have waited long to be seen. I was checked in and seen very quickly. The doctor diagnosed my condition, prescribed medicine, and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes!!. Today I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the facility to see how I was feeling. I would not hesitate to come here again. Too bad theyre no open late (they close at 8pm)

They went above and beyond my expectations. I was traveling from Los Angeles and needed immediate medical attention, and couldnt have been more satisfied. They were quick but yet thorough and even reached out a couple of days later to check on me. I highly recommend their services and promise you wont be disappointed.

Although you may consider this a walk in clinic,be aware that the rate charged for your "Urgent Care" visit is at a level just below an Emergency room visit. Even though the visit is in your network,it may cost you less, out of pocket, to see a specialist in your network.

Criminals, sent me a bill for $495 for a 5 minute visit to a physician assistant for a blister in my mouth. Shamelessly justifying their charge by saying we are allowed to charge this fee by the government so we do.
