Take note, if you register here as a patient and need to schedule an annual physical, you need to schedule at least 5 months in advance and they dont have the calendar booked that far in advance. If you are very sick and need to speak to a doctor on the phone, they wont provide it for you, you have to come into the office. No apologies or explanations from the staff on the phone when asked.
