Dr Kaos office is by far the most professional and kind doctors office I have ever been a patient of. Dr Kao is very professional and is a great dr. His PA Nicole is the best physician I have ever had. In my opinion she is the best attribute to the office. She is intelligent, kind, caring and spends a great deal of time with her patients and makes you feel comfortable. The receptionists are always kind and helpful and there is barely a wait of more than 10 mins. Great office to go to.

Dr. Kao is very professional and thorough. He takes the time to listen and makes you feel comfortable from the start of your visit. Professional staff are all very friendly and helpful. Everything is done right there in the office, you dont have to run to have blood work done. I never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room.

The staff is great. It is usually fairly easy to get an appointment they are open on Saturdays too. The nurse Stephanie is a doll. Jerry and Nicole are great (PAs). The doctors are harder to get appointments with but I trust the judgement of everyones in that office. Reception is nice and promptly send referrals and test results.

The receptionist that works in this office now is rude, non helpful, its always a problem to get someone in. Been with them for years and love DR Kao, and Nicole. I will be leaving after many years of being with this practice!!! I miss Joan she was awesome!
