I got the 50$ program, missed half a day of work to go do the labs when i got there they charged me 200$ when i tried contacting the doctors no one answered or replied, i tried canceling after having the plan for 2 months and they said i had to pay, the girl hung up on me, ignored my attempted to switch cards, called me crazy and make prejudice slurs, told me I needed to educate my self to learn how to deal with contracts.The program is suppose to include the labs when you arrive at the lab and they tell you " your doctors notes say to charge you for he labs" I believe thats breach of contract. this is the email I send Dr. Lee, and of course, no response. "Dr. Lee i made the plan with you about two months, ago i asked for my card to be switched after the first month, the girls ignored me, when I went to do the labs they charged me 200$, i called one of the girls was extremely rude said "I dont like dealing with your kind of people" hung up on me after telling me I should be taking medication, would not let me speak kept speaking over me trying to make me seem like im crazy, all I asked was to cancel, and when i asked to speak to you she refused, for all I know this email goes to her ,but one way or another i feel like you should know hows your coworkers treat people." who knows maybe one day hell respond

I was on the look out for a new family doctor and decided to try out this one. I wasnt overly impressed and will probably go to a new doctor when I need to. The receptionist didnt seem overly enthusiastic about their jobs which is the first thing you see once you come in. The visit itself... was very informal. You sit there after the initial checkup and the doctor comes in and spends more time typing in front of a computer then actually talking to you or checking you out. I mean really, its around 15 mins computer. 5 mins checking you. The doctor really isnt all that bad once he gets to checking you out. Pleasant guy but doesnt quite work for me.

Excellent doctor. He is friendly, very knowledgeable and takes time to educate his patients. I have read some of the other negative comments on this site and believe me when I tell you, they are wrong. The office staff are friendly and accomodating. My family and I have trusted our care to Dr Forest for many years. We have referred many of our good friends to the office, all of whom are also pleased with the care they have received.

- Dr. Forest himself is quite and seems to be a good listener. Conversation isnt one of his better traits regarding health. I continued on with this practice because i liked him. - His staff is rude and always has been! - They are what always made going there difficult. - Dr. Forest is not accepting health insurance from any carrier the 1st of the year. ***it will be a relief to find a new practice.

I have been going to Dr. Lee for many years and he is a great doctor that cares about his patients and their medical needs. Both Dr. Lee and his staff always returns my calls if I have questions and my refills request are always handled in a timely manner. The front staff is always pleasant and helpful. I cant say enough great things about this practice.

I like the APRN Mary Kay, shes very smart. I like doctor forest just the same. However, the receptionist can be rude at times. One particular one, I think her name is Maria, shes been with him for a while, her personality can be so vague at times. Another thing, they change the medical assistance too often. Overall I think they are ok and I will stay.

I have been going to Dr. Forest for the last 15 years. He has always been very professional, courteous and quick to reply and offer any medical attention needed. His staff returns phones calls quickly as to making appointments and answering questions. Any emergencies I had, they were right there to help. I highly recommend him.

in case of emergency he never return your calls, he does not care he rather deal with illegal immigrants and fool around with other portages girls and have illegal babies , when you go to his office he does not acknowledge that you are there he rather stays on the computer

I agree with below posts,they are running some kind of scam. i always get referred to specialists even for minor issues. i am tired of recurring appointments,also had been to the cardiologist amir in bridgeport who himself said there was no reason for referral.

I appreciate the fact that Dr. Forest is always available to see you without having to wait for an extended period of time. He is thorough and very responsive. I also like the home feeling of the office and the attentive and friendly staff.

Great doctor! The receptionists and the doc are very friendly and seem to really care about you. Been my doctor for over 2 years now and I have nothing bad to say. I recommend Dr. Forest to everyone I know.
