After spending almost two hours for an initial visit and paying the $99 fee which is to include X-rays and an adjustment, I was sent on my way without either of those. Instead the findings of the X-rays and the cause of my back pain were held hostage until my second visit and another $45, which I did not want to agree to due to lack of confidence. I was told the doctor needed time to review the X-rays, but why should I need to pay another $45 for the results? I left feeling like all I was to this practice is a dollar sign. Beware if you plan to sign up for treatment. They are looking to rope you in for more than you might be up for.

Stay far far far far FAR away from there! Dr. Jurenko at least not sure about the others but its been almost 8 months since shes injured me and still dealing with my injuries $10,000 in medical bills later still dont have feeling in my arm back. She was very sweet she did good with my neck until she adjusted the cervical spine just below the neck I immediately went numb down my left shoulder to my arm. Im wishing I never went there. I hate to put anyone on blast like that but I would really hate for anyone to go through what I went through.

I had a great first experience. Been going to NY chiro for 20 years and many out west. 3 winters ago needed an adjustment. Found Complete Wellness online. $99 is a steal for xrays and adjustment. I got my results immediately -- time taken to explain by Dr. Jurenko. Then an adjustment. Been coming back for maintenance or issues now when in Deland. Their massage therapist great also. I am grateful to have found Complete Wellness. They also sent my xrays to my home chiro.
