Partly due to injury and partly due to poor sleeping and work habits, I have been suffering from debilitating daily back pain for a number of months. This daily back pain has interrupted my workout routine and has caused me to gain some weight. I have tried physical therapy, deep tissue massages and acupuncture. All helped but nothing seemed to get to the root of the problem. That is when I discovered Dr. Darren Hollander at Orlando Family Chiropractic. Within the first visit I came to understand how important it is for the spine to stay mobile. After a few visits (and adjustments) I have noticed an incredible decrease in my daily back pain. This has in turn increased my activity level and given me back control over my weight. Thanks again Doc!

I am so pleased with the ease of this entire process. I have been afraid of using chiropractic methods but now that I was in an accident I have no choice but to seek medical attention. The entire process from making the appointment to the office visit was wonderful. I called very late over the weekend while in the ER and Dr. Darren called me the next morning on a Sunday! I was able to text back and forth with the office and felt comfortable with coming in. After just one adjustment I cannot believe that I have ever tried anything else. He was so knowledgable and really made me feel at ease before we did anything at all. I am excited to experience the road to recovery and work on my overall health with this practice! Highly recommended!

My wife has always feared going to a chiropractor but because I wanted her to get better I encouraged her to go. It’s been about a month since she first saw Dr. Darren and she’s still having neck pains. She went to him for her back and without her permission he decided to adjust her neck. Now she can barely turn her neck, she constantly gets headaches and sometimes her neck pops when she moves it. When I confronted Dr. Darren about what he did to my wife, he was speechless. He didnt have an answer to how long it would take for her to heal. He also couldn’t articulate a good reason for adjusting her neck. I hope you can all learn from our experience and not make the same mistake as we did.

I was recommended by a mutual acquaintance to make an appointment with Dr. Hollander, and I am incredibly happy I did. For months I had been experiencing persistent back pain in the mornings, and no amount of aspirin nor a new mattress helped at all. The morning after my first session with Dr. Hollander, I was almost late for work. I had been comfortable in my bed for the first time in months. It felt great. Ive been going to him for a few weeks now, and my back has never felt stronger or more relaxed. In addition to being a great chiropractor, hes a great guy. He and his staff will go the extra mile to be available for you and your schedule. A+++++++ Will get adjusted again!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Darrens for about 2 years now. I had a really bad sports injury, and could barely turn or move my head. It was really terrifying! I started seeing Dr. Darren twice a week and within a few weeks I had my full range of motion back. I was able to get back to the gym and continue my workout routine unimpeded. I still go for regular checkups and adjustments to stay healthy; he usually gives me great health advice, helps me with stretching and overall keeps me feeling great! I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good chiropractor and a good doctor thats focused on overall healthfulness.

I came to Orlando from Houston, TX for a little family getaway. I guess the car ride here, really messed up my back bad. Needless to say, I was in a lot of pain and very uncomfortable. I was dreading going to the parks with my family. Three days of adjustments with Dr. Darren and I was back to new. I was going to head back to Houston tomorrow morning, but now that im much better I think Ill stay a few days. The entire staff, and overall experience was exceptional. Not only did the adjustments help, but the advice regarding my overall health was very valuable. Thank you Orlando Chiropractic.

This is by far the most effective way to treat back pain or even for that matter just the skeleton. I have a lower back injury that most would seek an operation for. Instead I find getting adjusted regularly like brushing your teeth prevents problems. But, that being said Dr. Darren is the best one to do this for you. Not only does his skill level speak for it self but the knowledge that you will leave his office with about your body will give you the tools to make a full recovery. If you are someone thinking of trying a chiropractor, than call Dr. Darren now, or chance never knowing.

Dr. Torina is the best! After years of seeing doctors off and on looking for help diagnosing my chronic hip pain, he is the first to have seriously committed to helping me find a cause. Unlike most doctors Ive seen over the years, he talks with me, not at me, which makes visits infinitely more productive and comfortable. I am definitely happy with my results. I was having some serious back pain and my wife was about to give birth. I knew I was going to be on my feet for hours during delivery and also knew that I would be sleeping on an uncomfortable fold out bed in the hospital next to my wife. Dr. Darren is wonderful! He made my first experience so comfortable. My first visit to his office I was so nervous because I have never been to a chiropractor before. But he made me feel so relaxed he has a warm personality and caring about his patients and their needs. Im 8 months pregnant and I visit him once a week and I feel great like I can run a marathon! Dr. Darren is AMAZING!!! He has educated me about my spine and how to care for it better. He is always available to me anytime I have questions about my treatment. He treats me and my husband with the up most respect and takes his time with each and every patient that I have seen. He has a pleasant office staff and is very easy going with scheduling. I wish all my doctors were more like the OFC office. I am feeling better everyday since I started my treatments with Dr. Darren.
