I was having some lower back issues when a coworker of mine recommended her Chiropractor Dr. Koch to me. At the time my lower back was in so much pain that I could barely function. On my very first visit Dr. Koch took x-rays of my back and after reviewing the x-rays told me that I had scoliosis. It was amazing to me that in 46 years of my life no other doctor has figured this out. Dr. Koch was quick and gentle with his adjustments to my back. Today the lower back pain is gone. I can honestly say my lower back hasn’t felt this good in years. Dr. Koch also recommended his acupuncturist Faith for some on-going neck pain that I was having. Faith is amazing and only after one visit the pain in my neck has subsided. I also have issues with anxiety and after my first visit with her I was feeling so relaxed and calm. I also mentioned to Dr. Koch that I have been relying on prescribed sleep medication in order to have a good night sleep. He recommended an all natural vitamin which he carries in stock at his office. I was skeptical at the time of it working since I hadn’t had a good night sleep in a long time. I was amazed that it did work and now I am sleeping the entire night. I would highly recommend Essential Mind and Body to anyone that is having neck, back, anxiety or sleep issues. I am starting to feel like myself again thanks to Dr. Koch and his staff.

I was skeptical in seeing a Chiropractor because back in the 80"s my mother had gone to one for years and never seemed to get any better. My sciatic nerve was causing me major back pain and I didnt know where to turn. I was depressed having been dealing with back and left leg pain for over (2) months. Essential Mind & Body was recommended by my Youfit coach so decided to give Dr. Robert Koch a try. First of all, the front office staff headed by Michelle & Deanne were always pleasant in getting me appointments quickly and upon arrival making me feel comfortable and at home. Let me tell you, what an amazing Chiropractor Dr. Koch is. He treated me kindly, professionally and put me at ease during every visit. In (8) weeks under his care I went from walking stooped over in pain, and not being able to sit, lay down or sleep without pain to walking, sitting and laying down without any pain at all. I am down to 1 visit per week and we are looking at cutting that back going forward. That said, if you are struggling with back and leg pain and are looking for an alternative to pills and/or toughing it out I would highly recommend Dr. Robert Koch and staff at Essential Mind and Body-Orlando.

Where should I start...My whole family is a patient of Dr. Koch at Essential Mind and Body. My children suffer from allergies which he has helped in ways that I never thought were possible without allergy meds...but it is possible no more allergy meds for them. My husband has had a lot of stress in the past few years and his body has taken a beating because of it. He suffers from back pain and extreme fatigue. Dr Koch has worked tirelessly to help him overcome these symptoms and has done an amazing job through supplementation and weekly adjustments. I suffer from hypothyroidism and all the wonderful symptoms that brings with it. I went to see him for help with my major symptom anxiety and can I just say that after my 2nd visit I felt as though my nervous system was bathed in a Jamaican vacation...ahhhhhh!!! Is all I can say. The relief I feel after seeing him now for only 2 1/2 weeks I would have never thought possible... thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Koch from the bottom of my heart.

I have been to many chiropractic offices that felt like and conveyor belt, impersonal and often painful. This is not one of those offices. From the friendly personal greeting by Mily at the front desk, to the personalized care from Dr. Tino, this office recognizes that not all people should receive the same treatments. Dr. Tino has helped me from my neck to my feet, literally. He addresses all problems and pain that I experience with compassion, expertise, and best of all, results. I had my first chiropractic massage there, and I have never felt like I was in more capable hands, it helped my aches and pains tremendously and I will definitely be getting them more frequently. I look forward to seeing the acupunturist as well. This team of doctors and wellness professionals are top notch, I highly recommend their services to anyone sick and tired of the conveyor belt!

I dont even know where to start. Dr. Koch is assembling a wonderful group of people who definitely have made a difference in my life. Dr. Koch, himself, is very mindful of my bodys needs and, wow, what a difference. I was having heel issues and was a little uncertain to mention it to him, figuring chiropractic is mostly for the back. But I did mention it and not only did the adjustments help, he sent me home with some stretches and other techniques and, although every once in a while I get a twinge in my heels, for the most part, my heel pain is gone. I recommended a co-worker to Dr. Koch and I know, for a fact, that shes doing so much better. I will continue to recommend him to my friends as I know theyll be so much better for it!

Never been to a chiropractor before. After receiving a free consultation card I went and checked it out. No pain in my foot. Small aches and pains are gone. Even without insurance the price is very good. They do however take most insurances. Its worth the time and money.
