To be fair, the chiropractic service was very good, and so were the massage therapists. The reason Ive knocked this review down to 2 stars is because of an incident when I was trying to find out how many visits I had left on my insurance benefits for the year. The woman at the desk counted them up for me, but she counted it incorrectly, so I ended up having to pay out of pocket for 2 visits past my yearly max (over $200--yikes!) I brought this to the attention of the administrative staff, and they essentially just shrugged their shoulders and said "Pay it or go into collections." I stopped going back after that. If youre a truly professional service, either write a macro that can automatically count visits, or take responsibility for the mistakes that ensue from your staffs human error.

The front desk lady seemed to hate life while she was there, but I wasnt there to see the front desk lady so this is irrelevant. Everyone else was great while I was there. I had this ridiculous shoulder pain/numbness for 4 years! 4 years of leaving work early, 4 years of waking up crying in pain in the middle of the night... 4 years of hell. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Pavlik Jr. and I dont know what the hell he did with his magic hands but I have been pain free since that exact day. I was supposed to go back, but I havent had time, however, at this point I dont even know if I need to go back. I have been pain-free for a month and oh my god, I had forgotten how nice life was. Thanks, Dr. Pavlik Jr. for fixing me. You dont know this but I love you.

This place is great. I went to a place in Lake Mary before where they try to sell you some huge package and spend about 5 seconds adjusting you, but this place is 10 times better. They give you a full adjustment and they also do tens unit (current stimulation) and ultrasound (I think its called) on your pain areas included in the price of the adjustment. The massage and physical therapy is an added bonus if you need it. I love that I can just go when I want and there is no contract or people pestering me for follow ups.

I have had a lot of pain pretty much everywhere my legs would fall asleep and my hands would have a constant pain and my back was tight in most spots but as some of you will relate or maybe not being at a desk job will do that...Dr. Soyer helped with the loss of pain and mobility in my back, legs, neck, and hands. I definitely recommend them to anyone!!! and I forgot to mention that the staff is always friendly...I wish my work place was stress free like their office :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE I love all the people that work in this office, they are ALL the friendliest people ever. Very accommodating to your needs. Dr. Baker is the best, I wanted a female but for some reason I got Dr. Baker and love him dearly. He is quite gentle and sensitive to my pain and concerns. The reception staff are the best. I look forward to my visits.

I have had back problems for about 10 years and been misdiagnosed multiple times. Dr. Soyer has been a blessing, he looked at my xrays more in-depth and differently than any chiro, Orthopedic, or MD. He saw and showed me what was causing my pain, and made me feel that I could work through it, its not a lost cause. He genuinely cares, and I am so grateful.

A friend had recommended me to Pavlik after having horrible visits by 2 different chiropractors in Apopka for severe lower back pain. Within the first visit, Dr Joseph Baker had me feeling WAY better. Theyre always willing to squeeze you in for a last minute appointment, and Michelle at the reception desk is always friendly despite how hectic it can get.

I cant say enough about the staff, doctors and total experience of Pavlik. I have been a patient with Dr Pavlik, when there was only one and in a much different building. I drive from Lake Mary to see the doctors, just because they are so dang good at what they do and make you feel like you are family. The care about your total health and well being.

Always friendly and thoughtful, the staff listens to every whim and cry you have. The doctors are very informed will help you fully understand what is going on with your body. Been going to Dr. Pavlik since I had a constant back ache a few years ago. I never have to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive before they call me in. All the employees are friendly. And he fixed up my back ache in no time. I now go back every few months just to get my back worked on to prevent further aches.
