Dr. CAYO, has been my chiropractor on an off for over 10 yrs, weekly over the last two years, after she opened her 2nd office in the Metro West area of Orlando.I have used her periodically after an accident, and for ongoing maintenance, which is presently weekly.I am a senior citizen, and an avid golfer, who hits hundreds of balls weekly....tack on another hundred for each round I play. Were it not for the chiropractic adjustments that i receive from Dr. Cayo, I wouldnt be able to perform my chores, like raking, mowing, pool care....etc. Dr, Cayo,is a caring chiropractor, who is very good at her profession. if that were not the case, I would not have a 10 year history with her. I highly recommend Dr. Cayo, And Spinal Healthcare of Orlando,for any of your chiropractic needs. Rb Johnson

This is not a good place to go. I told her about my mental health problems and her and her staff did not listen to me. She hurt my back and I was told by her that I used the bathroom to long and I was always in the bathroom and I went in the wrong room and her staff told me that I should have known better and I told him about my mental health problems. Her bedside mannors suck and not very caring about the people that she is suppose to help. She never told me about I was suppose to use rooms 1 threw 4. Even my boyfriend said she said to use any empty rooms. Not going back to this place. She lost 2 people

My experience at spinal health care of Orlando has been amazing. I have been going to Dr.Cayo since February. When I went to Dr. Cayo I had sereve neck and back pains with numbness along my arms. After only being here for a month I have no numbness. She has taken all my pains away. I feel like a new person.I also have done the HCG diet and I have lost a total of 20 pounds in less than a monthas as well. Dr . Cayo and her staff are amazing , very friendly and a great place to come to. I recommend everyone to come in and try it out.

I was in a car accident 3 weeks ago couldnt sleep pain all over my upper and lower back, sleeping was a task until I wet to doctor Cayo. She was very attentive ,knowledgeable in all areas of managing my pain.i would strongly recommend this doctor to my family and friends.
