I went in with a coupon along with my 2 kids. We waited over 2 hours and I nearly left which I wish I would have now but we kept being told that our wait shouldnt be much longer. The female doctor JAYNE KWIATKOWSKI PT called us in (she no longer employed by Adkore). My children and I answered over 30 questions each as our information was entered into the computer. It was questions about out health, any pain, weight, height, and other general medical questions. After that we left. A few months later I noticed I was billed and billed incorrectly. Nothing should be owed because of the coupon for the free visit. I called the company and was told that I would receive a call back. I did not receive a call back. I also didnt come back for the recommended follow up/2nd visit due to incorrect billing. I did not want the errors to compound. The billing is still not corrected and after numerous calls to get it corrected they decided to place my minor children under 15 in collections. Im working now with Equifax credit monitoring services to have that removed. Ive called several times and explained that I brought one of their many advertisement coupons in during my first visit but they continued to make false promises of correcting the errors. I didnt receive any calls back but a few months later I received another statement. I called again and again and again and explained that I should not owe anything because I brought a coupon into their establishment. That they also took additional monies on the day of my arrival. They claimed that they could not locate the coupon. They dont show my credits as well. Then recently a couple weeks ago my husband and I received a collection phone call for our minor son. I cant believe Adkore placed my minor son in collections!!!! I was not avoiding them. I had even gone into their office on a couple of occasions to get this billing error corrected. To place my children in collections is the ultimate low! The collection company they use didnt want to talk with me until they had my minor sons permission and they hung up on me. I later discovered that Adkore also place my other MINOR son in collections. This is improper billing and collection practices. I am the adult who signed my name on all paperwork as the responsible billing party. Yet they bill and place my children in collections for a bill that is an error. They shouldnt have billed my insurance to begin with. The wont correct the error but worst thing ever is that they placed two of my children in collections. My husband and I currently use Equifax credit monitoring services and Im having to send in birth certificates, SSN cards, and other documents to help remove this collection off of my minor childrens account. They also filled claims through my insurance for only two of us. Then they placed the bills in my kids name and sent my kids to collections.

I signed an agreement to pay a certain amount per visit, which I paid each time. 3 months after I finished therapy, I received a bill with additional charges, some dating back 7 months prior, that they told me werent covered by insurance. The "average" per visit that they charged was almost $15 more than what I signed an agreement to. They told me if I didnt pay, they would send it to collections. Instead of sending it to collections, I found they had billed the amount to the credit card I had on file. Beware of this companys decietful billing practices.

I LOVE Adkore. The entire staff is extremely professional, helpful and customer focused. Ive been going for a couple weeks now for massage therapy following my car accident. Ive received massages by Mela, Stephanie and Howie and all of them were experts at finding my "pain points" and providing a therapeutic massage that really helped alleviate my back pain. I also had a chiropractic consult there and found the doctor to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

I love Adkore. I went there for lower back pain and neck pain due to a car accident. They handled everything with my attorney and with my auto claim adjuster. I did not have to worry about all that because everything was already so stressful at that time. I had Dr. Wilson for my treatment and she was so knowledgeable and took good care of me.
