Two Words: Overall Awesome! A few weeks ago, I was not getting any sleep. I would wake up to my arms & hands completely numb. I didnt know what was going on and I was afraid. After a while, my masseuse at the time told me that I needed to find a chiropractor. I had been to chiropractors before in the past and they werent affordable and were never clear on what the problem would be. However, I couldnt take the lack of sleep and numbness anymore,so I called "Night Light Chiropractic" and I thank God I did. Heres why: The first thing I liked about Night Light is their hours. Most chiropractors close by 4 or 5pm. Given how much I work, that is almost impossible. Night Light has afternoon and evening hours which makes it so easy to make an appointment. Next is the staff. The customer service is 150% excellent! From the from desk, to the masseuses, to Dr. Merrill himself! From the time you walk in, everyone is very welcoming and extremely polite. Marilyn is very polite, patient, and professional. Both masseuses, Priscilla and Madelinne, are GREAT masseuses and very polite and professional as well. Laurie is professional and friendly and Dr. Merrill was very helpful in showing concern for my situation and even giving me small exercises to do at home that would only take 60 seconds to do. It has only been a month and I no longer have numbness in my arms or hands. I am sleeping through the night and I have Dr. Merrill and his staff to thank. They are very honest, polite, patient and professional. Did I mention HONEST? Thank you so much Night Light Chiropractic!

My back had been hurting so badly for almost a year. I was worried Id have to take drastic measures to fix it. However, I wanted to try a natural and non-invasive method first. I looked on Groupon since Ive never been to a chiropractor and wanted to try it for a lower cost. There were many different offices to choose from, so I did my research and saw that NightLight had many great reviews. I decided to go with them, and the service was amazing. I wasnt expecting to feel an immediate difference, but I did. Priscilla, the masseuse, did such a wonderful job! I didnt go in there to relax. I went to relieve the pain, and thats exactly what she did. The 60 minute full-body massage was completely worth it! She really knows what shes doing. There were many times when it hurt, but it was the "good" kind of pain where you know you needed it to feel better. I honestly havent felt so good in over a year. Im planning to go back and also buy more services for my mom, sisters, and friends. It may sound exaggerated, but to feel such a drop in back, shoulder, and neck pain from an AC tear, it makes a huge difference to have almost no pain anymore. Its also been a week since I went. On top of it all, they called recently to check up and see how Im doing. It wasnt necessary at all, but very considerate that they went the extra mile. :)

What you will find here is a breath of fresh air in what can be a confusing field of what is offered as treatments. Straight-forward, knowlegeable, friendly and profession staff. Efficient and well presented on all counts. You wont find any hidden costs here as surprises either. Since we dont have health insurance, its important for there not to be attempts made to herd us through a maze about what the treatments cost up front. Thankfully, they dont wasting your time with this sort of thing. They offer very reasonable and affordable adjustments and optional mini massage after with a very skillful and pleasant masseuse. They treat all sorts of things, including accidents and injuries. We love the hours offered too. So much easier to make a visit afternoon and into the evening, and our lifestyle insists we are able to walk in without an appointment. You can do that here. A bit off the beaten path to find the first time, but oh, so worth it! We will be back, this is exactly what we were looking for. So glad someone created such a sleek and efficient service for essential physical maintenance!

Couldnt ask for a more friendly and knowledgable staff! They do not pressure you about anything and are understanding that a very busy schedule requires some flexibility. They have been exceptional in this department, for you will never have to wait more than a minute or so before someone is taking care of you and are always accommodating to walk-ins. Marilyn does a great job of ensuring the office is always running smoothly. The massage therapists have also been phenomenal! Priscella, particularly has been my life saver. I find Dr. Merrill to be very personable and easy to talk with. Despite the fact that he has a very busy practice, I feel that he takes a personal interest in my treatment, is always aware of where we are in the treatment plan, and that he takes my personal needs and goals into consideration during treatment. Dr. Merrill is always very flexible and willing to try different treatments in order to deal with specific issues that arise. I always leave the office feeling very well taken care.

I initially came into the office after finding Nightlight on Groupon because my insurance does not cover chiro visits, but I was having chronic lower back pain. I went to see my PCP who tried to prescribe me muscle relaxers and patches, but I did not want to treat the pain temporarily, but eliminate it. On the phone and in person, the staff was very nice and flexible with scheduling. When I came in, the wait was no more than 10 minutes including filling out the necessary new patient paperwork. Dr. Merrill was thorough and informative. He definitely knows what he is talking about. Ive seen him twice so far for consultations and alignments and my back pain went from a 7/10 to 1-2/10. I know it will take time, but I appreciate him and his staff for loving and knowing what they do. I intend to see him 3-4 times out of the year for alignments PRN. The best part, the costs for service are great for out-of-pocket costs!

We were in Florida on vacation when my son said he didnt feel good and stayed back at the hotel for the day. When we returned in the afternoon he said he thought his back was out and he wasnt feeling better. After checking for chiropractors in the area on google I found nightlight chiropractic. What a relief to find a chiropractor that was open in the evening and had good comments. They fit us into their schedule that night for an adjustment. Dr Merrill took time to listen to and treat my son and provide education to him about his condition as well. We did not feel rushed. As a Registered Nurse I have worked with a lot of health care professionals and have to say Dr Merrill and his staff were wonderful. They were professional, polite and most of all caring. You are fortunate to have such quality care in Orlando.

Awesome !!! I have been meaning to find a new Chiro for some time to get adjusted. I was attracted to Night Light bc of the late hours and when I called to set up appointment, Marylin got me in same day at the time I needed. After a thorough but brief interview w Dr Merrill, Priscella messaged out the areas needed to get me ready for my adjustment. Dr. Merrill took the time to understand my needs, explained how his office worked and the way his organization approaches Chiro Therapy. The team is professional and happy to serve. The building is convenient, easy to find and well taken care of. If you are looking for an experienced Chiro, no pressure sales, in a clean laid back atmosphere look no further than NightLight.
