I used to love this office. We have been going for years, my now 20 year old started there when he was 10 and he has been with my little ones since birth. Ive recently moved out of state and although he has EVERYTHING on computers, he wont allow me to have my childrens medical records put on a flash drive to take with me. Instead I can pay $25 for them to waste the paper and print them all out OR they can mail or fax them to a new office. The last time I tried to have them sent to a new office they were mailed and never made it to the new office. For an office who has been using computers for medical records for over 10 years, I find this absolutely ridiculous! I cant get my kids into a new office without them, yet my attempts to have them sent have failed. I think what I am asking is not too far of a reach and should be accommodated. Aside from this issue, I have always been happy with the care my kids received.

Doctor Norman is great! His staff on the other hand, are not. I have to physically go to the office to schedule an appointment because nobody EVER takes a call. I get put on hold for a half hour straight, then call back and ask to put me back on hold. How about you hire an extra person to answer the phone? Some people dont have the whole day to wait around on hold. It takes maybe 5 minutes to schedule an appointment. It is so annoying when I spend my entire lunch break on hold and still didnt get an appointment made!!!!

I dont know what that other person is talking about. My kids have been going to Dr. Normans office for 9 years now. They have always been professional, friendly, and courteous! The office is always clean and smells good. I love all the staff but especially Mrs. Jessie, Mrs. Emily, and Mrs. Valerie, the NPs. They are the Best! Office hours are good and its in a great location. I highly recommend this office.

I love this office and the staff!! They call me by my first name and they treat my kids and i with full respect i have been going here since my oldest was 6mths and now shes 10. I would recommend him to everyone. The only issues i have had in the past was with the lady for appts depends on which is there but one is very rude and hateful she acts like she dont care.

Love Dr. Norman, he has been my childrens pediatrician for over 13 years. But today, for a simple case of poison ivy, I will find another office. I was told if not here by 3:30, have to wait until Monday. Checked in at 3:20, its now 4:20 and still waiting to see the nurse! I have only seen 1 person leave in the hour we have waited!

All 5 of my kids go there my son is 11 and my youngest is 2 and if it wasnt for Dr Norman at 3 months old we would have never known my sons allergic to eggs and peanuts and his skin issues it would have been horrible if we werent aware and nurse Kim is awesome

This Doctor gave out misinformation; his office was dirty and the staff was unprofessional. I will not be going back.
