Have been going here for the last 10 years with my 3 kids. The staff, nurses and physicians are all fantastic. We have always been pleased with the care and guidance provided. Dr. Hill is their primary and has been since they were newborns. She is trustworthy and has the best disposition especially with making my kids feel comfortable. They are always willing to work on scheduling and have even stayed after hours to ensure my kids are taken care of completely.

Your office really needs to answer the phone more. People are calling for appointments and you never get a person always voice mail. What happened to the times you use to be able to call your kids doctor and someone would actually answer the phone. This office is the worst about answering there phone it doesnt matter who you are trying to get . Scheduling, nursing oh but probably billing will answer. So sad .

As the other reviewer stated....the phone is never answered! Every time I have been to the office we are there for 3 hrs b/c the waiting is soooo long. Sitting in an office with a sick baby & a sick 4 yr old for hours is RIDICULOUS!!!! Thats why I prefer to go to pediatric urgent care!
