Very uncomfortable experience. The doctor without warning had pulled down my pants to a point at least one inch of my butt crack was showing. Normally if a doctor was to touch you or undress you in such manor they warn or tell you what they are about to do. The billing was even more painful. The office sent me a bill 3 months after service with whiteout in the total and an amount that did not add up as the balance owing. I called for clarification and a new valid bill showing all charges to be sent. The office agreed and agreed to set up a payment plan of $50 a week. The first payment came out and next thing I know I receive a collections notice. I contact the collections office and they were unable to assist as they show the office wanted to pursue legal action. Here we are finally being able to pay my bill what I had been trying to do since original notice and what started at $300 is now paid $909.12. Not only sickening but feels like I was frauded!!!! If you want an amazing chiropractor I recommend hands down Dr. Terry Martin. He is a drive to Taylorsville but well worth it and always upfront, honest, and really looks to solve your problem!

My husband went there couple years ago for some lower back pain and he was 100% satisfied. This year i experienced severe pain in my spine, back and few tensed muscles. I went to Tooele Valley Spine Center and i was amazed by how awesome i feel after. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. I seriously wish that some of the businesses in town (hotels, restaurant) could come here and take notes on how to treat your customers/patients. My health improved so much its unbelievable the things i can do again. I would totally recommend this place to everybody. Thumbs up for these guys and keep doing what your doing, you are great at it!!

Dr. Thompson & Dr. Sargent at Tooele Valley Spine Center have been wonderful to work with. We have had several clients who have treated with them. They are very knowledgeable at diagnosing and treating personal injury and soft tissue injuries. The staff at Tooele Valley Spine Center has been great to work with. These doctors give first rate care and are known throughout the Tooele Valley as kind and caring. We highly recommend them to get some of the very best spinal care!

This place is great! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I always bring my 2 young kids and if theyre unhappy the staff helps entertain them. Theyre also good at what they do! Ive been to a few chiropractors before and this place is my favorite by far. I see Dr. Sargent and hesy helped so much with my pain.

The first time I went into the office. The wait to get in was very short and Dr. Thompson very professional but he also has a great sense of humor. He is very good at what he does and helped relieve a lot of my back pain.
