The woman who answers the telephone when you call is extremely curt and rude. She makes you immediately feel like you are bothering her, and cuts you off as soon as she can. I know doctors offices are busy places, but that is no excuse for being rude to people on the phone. I am not the only person who has noticed this.

I moved to Piscataway mid pregnancy and had to switch Oby-gn. I had a complicated pregnancy due to fibroid and had lot of doubts. Dr Biem reassured and guided me and my husband and answered all unanswered queries. Highly highly recommended. Makes you feel very comfortable. Very well informed.

i saw dr. beim all through my pregnancy and he recently delivered my first child. he is a great doctor! he never rushes you through your appointment, answers every question very thoroughly and obviously loves what he does. i would highly recommend him to anybody.

Just by the phone call you make asking questions the person speaking is so rude! She doesnt even say her name and not even a "have a nice day" any doctor can be great but with rude staff whats the point no one will come back!

The secretary is extremely rude. She ends the phone call even before you are done speaking. She does not have any type of customer service experience.
