There is always a ONE HOUR wait every time I go there, even though I show up at least 15 minutes before my appointment. There is a huge thick piece of glass with a small hole in it that separates you from the secretary at the check in window. I find it so uncomfortable to tell whoever is there that I am there for my appointment because I feel I need to stand on my toes so that I can see through the hole and yell through this hole so she can hear me. What is this? Its like those glass dividers that protect cashiers in stores in a sketchy neighborhood. I had a problem with my insurance and the woman who takes care of billing acted like I was extremely stupid and assumed I didint know simple insurance lingo while smirking at me the whole time she talked. I feel the doctor I had was judgmental about issues she should not be judgmental about given her choice of specialty in the field of medicine. She also asks patients to come in and discuss results, something that can easily be said in one sentence over the phone.

The actual doctors arent so bad. But the receptionists are often times rude especially over the phone and various times i went with an appointment which no one knew about when I would get there. The rooms are tiny very uncomfortable particularly if you are pregnant. I also was scheduled to be induced into labor ON my due date which 3 days later resulted in a last minute c section after having a very normal and low risk pregnancy. when I questioned why I would be induced so soon no one gave me a clear answer, being a first time mom i didnt question any further. However, With all that said I do have to say I liked Dr. Pablo and I forgot the other doctors name a young filipino female, they were very nice and attentive to my needs

Pesimo servicio la doctora no sabe tratar a los pacientes y para colmo las recepcionistas te atienden pesimo tienen mal caracter y no estan dispuestas a ayudar al paciente. definitivamente si encuentran otro doctor les ira mejor.

Do not go to this place. I went there when Dr. Abruno was there and she was amazing, that is the only reason why I returned. The male doctor there is awful, he started prescribing me medication without discussing with me the implications of taking such medicine and did not want to listen to anything I had to say. He was inconsiderate, rude and has no bedside manner. Honestly he is awful and the assistants arent any better. I am looking for a new office due to my horrible experience.

I wouldnt recommend this place as each doctor has their own beliefs. Constantly have to see each doctor but then, one says one thing while the other says another thing. Too much confusion. I had so much anxiety through my pregnancy dealing with this place. I only give two stars because some of the doctors were really nice.

My experience with Dr. Pablo & Dr. Abruna have been great! Dr. Pablo checked me through my last month or two of pregnancy & Dr. Abruna met her once & ended up delivering my baby by c-section. Both are friendly, helpful and educated doctors. I highly recommand both of them.

There are no follow up on patients and we have to wait and be calling several times a day to have a test result. They need more organizational skills and a better attention to the patients, I felt rushed all the time and the explanations were not very clear.

I do not recommend this place, Dr. Patricia was In a rush during my appt. I had a lot of questions about getting pregnant soon but she left the room so quickly that I couldnt ask anything. Plus it took them 5 days to send my prescription to the pharmacy.

I came over here for birth control. The doctor completely ignored me and gave me a pap smear. I asked him again of i I can get birth control and he dismissed me. Horrible place stay away! Never coming back again.

Female Dr. (Cant remember) was alright. The lady who answered was very nasty. I will not come back at this place again. Hope they did the right test.
