Now It is a challenge to find a great dental service. At Bright Smile Dental you will be not only welcomed, but you will be taken care by polite staff and professional doctors. Dental assistants work is respective and gentle. After all, you will always get a reminding call for an appointment in a courteous manner. I have not had any issues with their service, the appointments are very nice managed, so you dont need to wait a long time. Also, they offer refreshing drinks, which is a little, but a nice thing. Ive had enjoyable experience!

The woman who does the routine teeth cleaning always speaks with a very rude, harsh tone and continually shames clients for not having near-perfect teeth. I dont know if its her Russian-way of going about things, but I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. If she doesnt want to do the job, then why not find a job where she is happier? The receptionists harass you with phone calls incessantly even after asking them politely to stop calling, multiple times. Ive severed ties with this "Dental Office" for sure.

The staff is very patient, helpful and pleasant. They make you feel very comfortable (coffee etc.) Like youre at home, to include the best hygienist I have ever encountered very proficient and careful to the touch. Dr Vadim has the hands of God when it comes to extraction etc. Dr. Angelica is also awesome and very knowledgeable when it comes to Bracers (My experiece). Tanya and Sasha are the sweetest staff, very warm and welcoming. The office is very professional in every way, I highly recommend.

Dr. Krakhovsky is an amazing doctor who knows how to do a right work for every individual, and his assistant Lika is an excellent professional and very helpful always! Ive been going to this office for 23 years, since i was a teen. Everyone in the office, starting from front desk, are professional and courteous. My doctor, Vadim, is amazing. His work is fast and precise. I would definitely not leave his practice and highly recommend him to everyone i know. My kids go to Vera, the other doctor, because she is great with kids: patience is the key. So chose this dentist, my whole family did!!!

Ive been going to this location for a few years and while ot may be a little out of the way for me it is definitely worth it. Staff here is excellent. Everyone is very nice, approachable, and knowledgeable. The dentists and hygienists make everything near painless and will explain to you whatever may be going on politely and professionally. Overall I would consider them to be excellent.

I was referred and what a great dental spot it is!! When I arrived I received amazing treatment at Bright Smile. The staff, technicians and dentists very professional. I didnt have a bad experience at my other place but tried this once since its closer. Glad I did, as far as waiting time, if your on time the wait is not long. They even offer refreshing drinks!!!
