I started going to this dental group around 6 months ago after getting a recommendation from my fiance after they handled his surgery so well. Dr. Aggarwal is the dentist I see and she is the friendliest dentist Ive ever spoken to. Shes very patient and listens and takes your concerns seriously. She explains everything and makes sure you dont have any questions. She also saved me a lot of money by not drilling what looked like the beginning of cavities and so far so good. Im happy to go to a dentist that I trust. For those that dont have dental insurance sign up for Aetna Plus, they accept this and is discounted pricing. I highly recommend this place. Dr Aggarwal made me realize how easy going to the dentist can be.

Ive never been kept waiting - Im called in almost as soon as I sit down. The hygienists are always kind and personable (I think they must specifically hire hygienists for their sweet personalities), but also do great work (leave my teeth gleaming and minty all day). The dentists, unfortunately, are the weakest part of the practice - the work is variable, sometimes incompetent (one used a filling containing mercury, even though mercury is outdated and dangerous), sometimes good but less than ideal (composite filling on one tooth left me with some permanent sensitivity, while the other tooth is fine). Good place to go for cleanings. For dental work, Im thinking about going elsewhere.

Broad Horizon

I went in for a routine teeth cleaning and exam. The hygienist was professional and meticulous. No problem. The problem is the dentist. At the exam the dentist kept pushing me to do major dental work that was cosmetic in nature and not covered by insurance. He got irritated when I questioned whether the recommended procedure was medically necessary and acted like I was stupid for even asking questions. It became clear to me that the dentists goal was to milk as much money as possible by up selling unnecessary procedures. Never again.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Exchange dental group takes the time to explain how they operate. It makes you feel more knowledgeable about whatever procedure they recommend. The office is extremely clean with modern amenities. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. If you work or live in this area it is definitely worthwhile to give them a try.

Very dishonest. The endodondist was listed by the insurance as in -network participating. After the procedure I was charged and billed additional amounts. The insurance told me that he is participating and should only have accepted the agreed amount.The office claimed he is no longer participating. Bait and switch! BEWARE!!!! I intend to inform the office of professions to investigate

Dental hygienist was great and did a good job, but the two dentists we saw were constantly trying to push unnecessary treatment on us. We also had problems with their billing department, who checked and told us our insurance would completely cover dental x-rays, they dont and weve had to pay for them. Avoid, there are better, more honest places out there.

This crew is the absolute best. From the staff in front, to the dentists in back, this group is professional, accommodating, and kind. They even have TVs in the rooms to help keep your mind off the procedure. Not to mention the work is always top notch. Ive had a root canal, cleanings etc. Bravo to Exchange Dental Group!

Dr. Aggarwal is wonderful, besides being a really good dentist who puts her patients at ease she is technically remarkable. Major chipped front tooth, no time for veneers - no problem for this dentist who has superior esthetic sensibility as well as the patience to get it right the first time. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Aggarwal is wonderful doctor. She is very competent and gives you the right diagnosis. I had a delicate front tooth filling and she did an amazing job. Not only was the procedure flawless, but also my tooth looks great and cannot tell whether there is a filling on it or not. I would highly recommend her.

Switched to this dentist after my last one in Midtown was overpriced (Dr. Kramer). Great dentist, and friendly staff! They actually clean your teeth when you go for a cleaning, instead of most dentist that just floss for you. I was recommended to this practice and I continue to recommend others.

I chipped (really badly) a front tooth the other day and looked like a Hillbilly or a British person, or a British Hillbilly anyway Dr Ashton was able to fit me in at the end of the day and 20 minutes later I looked like a movie star. Thanks you guys!
