Absolutely horrible doctor. We asked him for referrals for our autistic son to get services from medi-cal and he refused to send them in saying that we would not qualify. We then insisted he send them in anyways and med-ical approved them the next morning. So had we not insisted he send them into med-ical my son would have not received the therapy he desperately needed. Even with a diagnosis from Regional center and PUSD he also would not sign off on a Dr letter for social security for my son to receive social security which we need to pay for some of his therapy. Every time we needed him for something he wasnt there for us. I would encourage you not to become a patient of his. Especially if your child is special needs. He also was very arrogant towards women. Always speaking down to my wife like if she was a "exaggerating mom". I cant help but feel bad for all the other kiddos hes probably had that parents have come to him seeking advice on their child whom felt something was "different" and he told them the same thing he told us; "Oh there is nothing wrong with him. I dont see anything. He will grow out of it." AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

My experience was good until a month ago. And today was awful they dined service for my son and told to do ER. Dr Haddad didnt to take a look of my son wound and he wife keep on saying take to ER. Primary Doctor are for after treatment fallow no emergency room. At emergency room a professional doctor at Methodist Hospital told my son injury wasnt and emergency and the treatment should be done at Dr. Haddad office. And told need to change doctor right away I should rate this service 0 satar Bad Customer service but rate 1 star because they dont have 0. For stiches removed they dont have right tool.

Great Doctor with a Personal Touch, Dr. Haddad is a bit of a drive being in Pasadena, but I would not think of taking my daughter anywhere else. If you want a Doctor with great service and do not want to be a number in the system, visit Dr. Haddad. His wife is the receptionist and knows Me and My Wifes name by heart, and even knows my wifes voice over the phone. Dr. Haddad is the only Doctor in the office, so you will always work 1 on 1 with him. He will always give you Advice that is in the Best interest of your Child, I trust and follow all his recomendations.

Dr. Haddad has been the pediatrician of my children since he first established his office on Pasadena. After a bad experience with a previous pediatrician, being there was the best it could happened to my family. He accepts all the insurance. He is always available ad his wife and staff are supportive and proactive. Always willing to make you feel like on family.

I simply adore Dr. Haddad, he is so compasionate and soft spoken with the children and explains everything to the parents regarding childs ailments. Clean office and play area for kids. Will take you with a simple phone call. Jacob feels so comfortable when he goes to see Dr Haddad.

Great doctor always very attentive and reassuring, I wouldnt take my children to anyone else. His wife is very helpful, they make a great team. Ive never had a problem, hes seen my son hours after birth and he will take a walk in hours after I call his office! <3

Very kind, passionate physician. He is available to answer our questions and concerns any time. I have called him few times after midnight and he kindly did respond and followed up with our toddlers case. We love him.
