Being 33 weeks pregnant and literally rushing there after an 8 hour shift of standing with extreme back discomfort I figured theyd be human and let me turn in my paperwork at 6:01 pm , nope! Totally robotic little guy up front felt so proud when I asked if I had to fill out the LAST LITTLE BOX and he said by the way its 6pm we cant see you today. What a ridiculous thing , to not let me be seen because of ONE MINUTE DIFFERENCE IN TIME !? Its taken me weeks to be able to balance my schedule with my husbands to make it to where I can see a chiropractor and this is how they treat their customers. Seriously so not impressed how annoying and rude of them that little rude guy up front needs to get over himself remember kiddo you wipe your ass like every other human out there youre not some superior being because you work in a flippen chiropractors office. Horrible customer service Ill never waste my money on these idiots. Giving him the benefit of the doubt he said I can ask the Dr if he can see you even though its past 6 like wtf it was 6:01 dont flatter yourself I just walked out on those people . I wouldnt recommend them to anyone who is a working living human being only the Supreme elite.

Excellent customer service and great staff they are very communicative they do let you know that when you are a new patient its best to come in 20 minutes before closing time to be correctly examined Ive been going for two years now I pretty much know how they run it if an individual was truly in pain they would come in immediately not wait until they can have the perfect schedule only to come in late when its already past closing time

Location on Day creek in Rancho Cucamonga. I went there twice in one day and got put off the first time and the second time. first time I went there I was told to come back at 2:30 because im a new patient and they need more time than 20 minutes. We go to lunch from 2 to 230. I come back at 3:05 and Im told sorry come back at four because we need a coordinator here with you. this is not professional. Waste of time and mileage.
