I also find that first review strange. I had come to this office for treatment after a car accident, they answered every question I had and were very friendly. After I received my treatments I felt like a new man. I havent been there for a little while, but after hearing horror stories from friends and family about other chiropractors, when I do go to the chiropractor again it will be to Spinal Health Center!

I absolutely love this place. Dr. Ferraro is always very informative and everybody is extremely nice. I have been going to this office for over 5 years and do not have one complaint. I have a really hard time believing the previous post. I find it really hard to believe that Dr. Ferraro sat by and let his patient be treated in such a way, that would never happen in that office. They are the best!

Was yelled at by one of their physical therapists, and told by her to leave that I wasnt wanted there all because I said "ouch" when she was extremely rough. It was witnessed by the chiropractor and I never go an apology. I will never go back.
