I am very disappointed in this provider. I will be filing a grievance with my health plan due to the fact they lost my prescriptions and I was unable to obtain my diabetic medications. I have been a diabetic for the past 28 years and have relied on my meds for my well being. Yet, this provider could not refill my test strips after they had already refilled them previously before. I called and spoke with Anne who stated that there was no prescription on file and that Dr. Phan NEVER writes prescriptions for diabetic meds. How in the world did Rite Aid get their info and was calling them for refills then!?!? Anne stated that the pharmacy would have to send copies of my prescription to them in order for them to refill them. So I called Rite Aid in which they sent them over...yet, it took them 3 days to send back the "ok". When they eventually sent it back, they sent it back for the wrong amount!!! I am an insulin pump user and am required to test my blood 7-8 times, yet my NEW prescription was for a lesser amt of only 5!!! I remember going the 1st time to her office and Dr. Phan stated that 7-8 times seemed excessive and that she had never dealt with a pump user. I explained to her that 7-8 times was the average for a pump user and she said that the insurance companies would probably deny it. I told her that I have been testing my blood that amount of times and NEVER had a problem obtaining test strips and that the insurance companies understand. I will NEVER go back to this provider EVER again...she knows NOTHING about diabetes.

Crowded overbooked, rude, unprofessional office assistant, my dad is weak just discharge from the hospital and they need me to bring him there before they can write a home health order. Do not pick this Dr if you have complex issues and you want to live. Maybe go there for a cold...But then again you might catch one there.

Dr. Phan treated me when no one else would due to my insurance status. Until I was able to secure a coverage, she made it possible for me to afford doctors visits. She treated me as if I were her best paying patient. I dont just like her clinic, I Love Her and Her staff because I feel like they care.

Dr. Phan is one of the best doctors I came across. She is very honest, my best word to describe her will be SHINY.
