The doctors and staff are nice but there is a lack of communication between them and their patients. If you have questions you better ask when youre there because its hard to get an answer afterwards. I had a check up where they had to draw blood 3 times! The first time the lab didnt do a certain test, the second time they couldnt do it because the cap on the blood was the wrong color but they finally got it right on the 3rd time. The office billed my insurance incorrectly so I was being charged over $130 more for their mistake. The office also charged my insurance for the second blood draw and said the doctor had ordered other tests on that time too. I dont feel like I should pay for their mistakes or for tests the doctor did not tell me he ordered or why. Im still tying to sort this out 5 months later. Its taking so long because its hard to get an answer from the office and they dont always call when they say. I also saw the obgyn and she was also very nice and explained everything very well. However its hard to get in contact with her or her nurse. I once waited 45 minutes for my appointment only to have the front desk tell me the doctor had to leave and to reschedule. I had to stop taking a prescription because I could not get in contact with the doctor to refill my prescription. On top of all this I received a bill for my pap and had the billing tell me it was a law that was passed that required everyone to pay about $35 for this but received a different answer from the nurse and the lab. It seems like an extra test was ordered but still havent received a straight answer as to why it was ordered.

I been to this clinic 3 times the same amount of times they have made mistakes. I see Doctor SARA MOVSESIAN, I had not had a problem with her until today which makes me sad to see how unprofessional and poor ethic she has and not only her but some of her stuff as well. I had some x-rays done in March. I made the appointment to follow up on this results how unprofessional are they that when I got there while waiting for 30min to be seen they where calling to get the results. They had a whole month to do this and not only that but the doctor comes in acted so rude. Never again will i step in this clinic again. DONT EVEN THINK OF COMING HERE AND TAKE IT SECOND LOOK AT THE REVIEWS NOT EVEN A 2 STAR WHY??? BECAUSE OF THE POOR EXCUSE OF STUFF THEY HAVE. SORRY FOR THOSE THAT DO CARE AND TRY TO HELP.

Terrible! If I can get thru the phone lines, the receptionist is terrible. Ive called 4 times in the past week to schedule to just have a pregnancy test done and she didnt know wether to schedule me with an obgyn or a regular doctor. Then she told me that a doctor would call me back to schedule me once they figured that out, NEVER DID THREE TIMES IN A ROW. I finally gave up and demanded I walk in to have it done. The doctors are just as bad. The obgyn is the only one there that knows what shes doing. Such a beautiful soul. Definitely knows her field. Im waiting to update my medi-Cal paperwork to get out of there. Wouldnt recommend..

I was lucky enough to get someone to book my sons appointment but when I tried to reschedule I just get the ringing tone until their phone line ends the call without me even talking to anyone. Its convenient but I personally feel it will do everyone better if they got new doctors, nurses, receptionist, etc. Its just awful.

Sad ... Worse place ever. My poor mom has been crying in pain for days and they dont call her back ..... DO NOT ATTEND THIS PLACE.
