Just called for a very simple appointment. I was placed on hold for almost 10 mins after briefly speaking to a very rude receptionist. If this is how this facility treats new/potential patients on the phone, I can just imagine how hard it is to get any communication from them once you are a patient. I will look elsewhere for a surgeon. This place is way too unprofessional.
