Horrible! Should be shut down! I have been scheduled with doctors who dont specialize in what I requested and who dont provide the care I repeatedly stated I need. Their referral service is the ninth ring of hell. If you miss a call there is no way to call them back. They provide an 800 number that is rarely answered and leaving a message is futile because they dont check their service. Most of the time the referal side calls with an automated dialer, keeps you on hold for 7 minutes then hangs up. More than once I was referred to doctors not accepting patients so it was useless The place is filthy and I am pretty sure every medical staff member lacks the parts of the brain that listen and process language. Wiping this group out of existence and barring anyone who has worked here from working in or adjacent to the medical field would benefit humanity.

The reception staff are rude (I know they are busy, but thats not an excuse). I was seen as a walk-in emergency because of extreme pain from a molar that needs to be pulled. After the x-ray, I was told they were referring me to an oral surgeon. I was also told they would call my pharmacy to prescribe antibiotics and Motrin, which they didnt do. I called my insurance company today (3 days later) and they have not received a referral to an oral surgeon. It is nearly impossible to get a human on the phone and they havent returned calls. I was referred here once before by the insurance company when my daughter had severe tooth pain, and they wouldnt see her at all. Dr. Jun was nice, though. The office staff just arent performing their duties efficiently or politely.

I know this place is a free clinic but they need to be evaluted. Hey just try to push antibotics on you so they dont have to deal with any issues. They didnt even test to see if my tonsils were infected, the doctor simply said oh take these it will go away. This place is unprofessional and I will be switching my health care provider soon. And dont bother making an appointment. Theyll take you in 2 hours after the initial time.

this is the worst place ive been to i hate coming here everyone is rude even the doctors!!!! they never do anything right and they make you wait forever and a day to be seen hate hate hate this place you only get the cheapest of the cheapest medicine if you can help it dont come here ruuunnnnnn!!!! ten thumbs down and NO stars......... the one star is too good for this company

reception is terrible, I cant even check what my appointment date is over the phone, last time i went which was a year ago they were terrible then too and the dentist was friendly but at first nobody wanted to check my teeth and now I am tryin to check on my appointment date and I cant even get a hold of anyone!!

This place states they are a free clinic not true false false they told me it is $65.00 for a office visit .I did not have health insurance so what makes these people think I have that kind of money to spend . so now Ill have to go to the ER n thats not free HELP SICK AND NO PLACE TO GET HELP

I hate this place. The best doctor is not there no more. The got a Lil sissy lala gay dude up front who worries about his looks more than his work. Doctors there are unprofessional. Didnt tell me I was prediabetic. If my shot gets worser Im wooping some ass in there.

Wast of my time i went in for a filling that fell out and thay set a apotment for 11 days away by then i will go to a difrent dentist sat ther for over a houre for an emergency apotment thay jost stole my insurance money thats all thay care about poor service

They are concerned about your health issues and work with you on a personal level to know their patients. Although my doctor isnt there the one i have now has the same interests in my progress from previous doctor.

Dr. Nguyen is gentle and explain the procedures what was going to be done. Staff are friendly and took care of my needs. The only complaint I have is the long wait to be seen at the next appointment.
