When I first came to see Dr. Bunyad, I was in a pretty bad way. Id been a nurses aid for a number of years I was struggling with a couple of untreated bulging discs in my neck and lower back. Getting through each day was a struggle & Id had it with kaiser, nothing they were willing to do gave me and measurable level of long term relief. I finally acted on a friends advice and went into see Dr. Darius Bunyad, he was friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. He spent a substantial amount of time & has never had me leave his office in pain. I hate to sound cliche, but Dr. D has given me a quality of life back that I had not enjoyed in YEARS. I had no idea how much of my mental energy was being consumed by my pain for so many years untill it was GONE. Im eternally greatful for the difference Dr. Darius has made in my day to day existance!!!

Just left Wellness Chiropractic after seeing Dr. Brian and I have to say 5 stars across the board. Ive seen a number of different chiropractors over the years and with those experiences in mind- I was really impressed with his adjustments. His adjustments were highly effective and specific. No generalized moves, all were targeted at the specific issues. He certainly had the strength to get the areas to move that other practitioners have never been able to get. Very impressed! Cindy at the front desk was wonderful too! She was personable and helpful from the first phone call through the visit. I felt supremely comfortable and at ease the entire time. Beautiful, clean and modern office as well. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ben Spencer is the chiropractor I recommend to any of my own patients who need chiropractic care. He treats patients in very much the same way I do--spends a lot of one-to-one time with each patient, focuses on patient education and empowerment, and prescribes exercises and dietary adjustments as needed. Personally, Ive had terrific results with Dr. Ben. When I was pregnant, an adjustment from him fixed some really distressing apnea. And he never, ever tries to up-sell--not supplements, not future appointments, nothing more than what the patient needs. Hes a practitioner with both knowledge and integrity, and Im so glad to have a practitioner like him in my primary referral network.

I have had a chronic back problem for over 15 years. I have gone to medical doctors for it - they would prescribe rest and physical therapy for a few sessions. Ulitmately, they told me I would have to live with the pain and discomfort. Then a relative referred me to Dr. Brian. Within a few short weeks, Dr. Brian had my back in place and I am now pain-free! I can garden and do my housework, ride the motorcycle, and do all the things that would otherwise put me down for days. He truly gave me my life back. Thank you, Dr. Brian!

I have been a patient of Dr. Brian Thalhamer for about 6 years now. He has really helped me with my back and hip problems. He is very easy to talk to and his staff is wonderful. Besides helping me with my back problems, we have had wonderful discussions on nutrition and over all health. Wellness is a good choice for your overall health!

Dr. Ben Spencer takes the time to educate you on your ailments and offers various solutions; from home care to high tech options in the office. He can realign the spine without cracking, which can be uncomfortable for some. His rates are very reasonable and he wont have you coming back weekly unless you really need it.
