Unprofessional, incompetent, money-grubbing. Had toothache, went to Bright Now dental at 2490 Sycamore in Simi Valley. Told I needed 2 molar crowns. What about the toothache? Told I needed 2 molar crowns. Toothache? 2 molar crowns. $800 later...... still had toothache. Went back to Bright Now complaining of toothache, toothache and of course I still had toothache. Dentist larocco couldnt find what was wrong. 3 times "dentist" larocco sent me away in pain. Finally in frustration and pain and after an argument with Bright Nows dental office manager, Dannie, decided to seek help elsewhere, anywhere. Dr. Amir Fesharaki came highly recommended and is located in San Fernando Valley. Oh what a relief! The Doctor patiently listened to me and in 15 minutes (that’s 900 seconds versus 3 weeks for the other team) found the cause of my toothache. 2 hours later I left Dr Fesharakis office, pain free for the first time in 22 days. Preparing for battle I had to return to the grind house, aka "dim now dental" for final fitting of permanent crowns. When "dim dental" found out what I had done to resolve my toothache they wanted to send me to their endodontist. Why? To find and fix what had already been fixed? Oh! And they would need to charge, ANOTHER, several hundred $$$$. Slow I may be, but completely stupid? I refused! Surprise, surprise, another argument ensued. The front office staff is very nice to kids and old people, but if you want competent dentistry, hmmmm, might want to consider giving this one a miss? Your choice of course.

These people are uhhh-mazing! To understand why, lets go back over 10 years ago when my dad failed to mention to cover my face (since I wasnt wearing a mouth guard) when he hit a grounder (we were playing baseball). I damaged my grill and had to visit the dentist often. Lets just say as a 17 year old I had a good threshold of pain. This dentist had me crying while he kept working on my teeth and gums. Never waited for the Novocain to kick in and never acknowledged my suffering. Lets fast forward to a recent cavity I had, and well. These people nurtured me through the whole process. Theyre customer service was awesome, they were attentive to my needs, place was spotless, and the staff was so accepting and welcoming. I did go through tolerable pain but nothing compared to my past and imagination. Ive recommended this place to nearly all my friends and have gotten the same feedback Im giving (minus the baseball trauma). Would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks again guys!

Their front staff has poor customer service skills. Very unfriendly and uncaring. I had appointment at 11am and showed up to it. 15 minutes later they told me my appointment was canceled because the hygienists kid was sick that morning. They said they had put my phone number wrong in their system and had tried contacting me. I provided them with 2 phone numbers and I asked them why didnt try the other number. She just shrugged and didnt even care. I could understand if someone called in sick, but the fact that they didnt even try hard to contact me that morning to let me know made me angry. My plans that day were made around an appointment that never happened. I wasted my time which for them they couldnt care less. Never going to this place again.

So since they accepted my sons insurance i called and made an appointment for my son to be looked at. He had some pain and i told them so they listed him as an emergency. The wouldnt do a full exam since they set up the appointment as an emergency. They knew he was a kid and told me they would handle anything that he needed. they did xrays and found a cavity, and neglected to do anything about it. They wouldnt do any work and said i need to go to a pedidontist. So if you have children and think about bringing your kids here dont. They will act like they will help or take care of your child to charge you for an exam and xrays only to charge you and make you go somewhere else. a complete waste of time. Low quality workers

The experiance would have got negative stars if i had the option. The front desk staff is friendly however it took 2months to get records transfered over and they still werent there the day of my appointment which made me and hour late for my scheduled appointment. Then the orthodontist barley seen me less than 10min visit. And didnt even say anything to me, sent in the office mnger who asked me if i wanted to take my braces off with an incomplete treatment. Basically after 4 years and 6000 dollars my teeth still arnt fixed and im being asked to remove my braces....? Wow this group is completely unproffesional.. DONT COME HERE

Just like everyone else I hate going to the dentist! However, when I walked in here the staff was super nice, the dentist was very patient and friendly!! I Had to get work done and I am satisfied with the outcome!! If youre scared to go to the dentist like me I recommend going here, they make you feel comfortable and not worried about being at the dentist!!

This office is great. Everyone who works here is very friendly. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I was called back not to long after and was helped by Denise and jazmine. They are the sweetest ladies. They made sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on. I will be returning soon and hope I get to see these ladies again.

Love Dr. Lorocco. He is always happy and thorough. Ive had him do a lot of different things in my mouth and he does good work. It lasts. The girls at the desk are so helpful. Especially GiGi. She is sooo helpful and sweet and stays focused on my personal needs. Love her.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Bad customer service. Rude and incompetent staff. I made an appointment the week before and I called to confirm the day of my appointment and they said I didnt have an appointment that day or in the future.
