I went to Simi Valley Dental for my check ups and a crown replacement. We had to redo the crown three times and the 4th one ended up getting chip on the bottom. I left the crown on for a year and till this day they are still honoring a free replacement. I have been in atleast twice about and they were ready to do it every time. They say after my invisalign is done they will still honor the replacement so you cant ask for better than that. I do have to say though it was a BIG ordeal when we couldnt get the crown right. Also my girlfriend noticed a chip in the front of her tooth after her first appointment and was very upset. They said they could fix it but its best left alone. I am glad that they are a very respectful dental group!

Simi Valley Dental Group really helped us out. We were travelling in Simi Valley when my daughter unexpectedly needed an adjustment to her orthodontics. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I called to ask for help, and they were able (after receiving instructions from her regular orthodontist) to make the adjustment.

I have to agree with Scott all the way. I went in for a cleaning and the person that did my cleaning burned the left side of my bottom lip inside and out with the back side of their electric toothbrush. Then used the electric metal scraping tool and cut the back side of my lower gums. And the do rip you off!

My family and I think everyone at this office from the front to the back office is so friendly, and dr. Waxler is great! I normally hate the dentist, but they have made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this office.
