The doctor-PA-techs are great. The front desk is too lax if u call they seem put out by questions. I called 8 times last week trying to return a call I received from doctors staff and they kept putting me over to a phone that rang and no one picked up no answering machine and the operator never picked up to check to see why the call kept ringing. I had to make an appointment just to find out what the doctor wanted to talk to about. Now I am waiting for blood results altho I was told that if things looked bad I would get a call Friday-no call but from the way I see how they process front desk I do not feel confident at all they would call me. I will give it to Tue and start calling to see if anyone can get me the results. A doctors front desk is the face everyone sees first and that is not a good first impression. I have talked with several people lately and they have had the same experience. They love the doctors and inside staff but feel desk staff as lax and unprofessional. This will certainly hurt business at some point as I researched around and found other groups offer direct complaint lines and take care of the problems-quickly. The coordinator is the fist stop to finding out why this is going on. Thank You Carol Visconti

This center is very disorganized. I had to call about a dozen times to get my questions answered about my blood work results. Theyre supposed to call you with the results, not the other way around. They did not test me for what I went in for. When I called about my results the nurse said they were "normal." When I asked for specifics, thats when I found out I didnt get the right test. I would have never known if I had just accepted the nurses answer that they were normal. The doctor never followed up (once I got the correct test) to discuss the results, or to tell me whether or not I needed another appointment with her to be put on medication. When I called today to get a copy of my test results, a nurse was extremely rude and impatient, and yelled at me. This was just a stressful experience that has lasted weeks because of their mistakes. Go somewhere else if you can.

I walk in. There are 4 women at the front desk. Im standing 3 feet from them and not a hi, ill be right with you, a good morning...nothing. I had to go to another lady that i was able to ask a simple question which is why i was there. I just wanted to be directed to the laboratory. She was helpful and asked me to sign in and to have a seat, they would be with me shortly. The lab staff came out within rwo minutes and had me sit in their waiting room area. I do wish i had the names of these rude women who did not have the decency to at least say good morning. Ive been coming here for about two years to see my pcp and Ive never experienced such rudeness. This was at 815am on Dec 2nd. Please have the staff learn about being welcoming. A simple Hi can go a long way.

My doctor is fantastic, the techs are all so nice and informative. I always get results back quickly and my doctor explains things to me in a very real and easy to understand way. The women who answer the phones/ sit at the front desk are rude and uninformed about what services are offered at the facility, though. Theyre always having conversations and eating when Im there. I have never been greeted or acknowledged within the first couple of minutes of me standing there. Seriously, how hard is it to just look up and acknowledge someone? shame on them.

This medial group is a joke, no one picks Up the phone. The nurses dont get breaks, they just sit around and gossip. I need to wait days to get a appointment and this group needs to treat their workers and patients with better care!!!!! I can not stand this medical group and its funny how doctor millers group of workers are getting mistreated?? They are using the workers and not treating them well!!!! DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE ITS NOT RIGHT

Just finished a phone call with them. Veronica had picked up, I asked if they take husky and she says "no, not at the moment" and hangs up immediately.. Little did she know I had a few more questions.. Didnt even have to be a patient to know they have bad service. Very dissatisfied!

I e had exactly the opposite experience of the previous reviewers. This location has always been extremely fast and courteous for both primary care and urgent care. As someone who avoids going to the doctor, I loved this facility.

Drs threatened to call the cops instead of treating. He made biased assumptions and when called on it he said he would call the cops. Dont go there they dont see u as a person. Just a statistic.

Went there for a sinus infection at the urgent care part.I never saw a doctor,just a medical student.Finished the antibiotics and still feel awful.They dont seem to know what theyre doing
