I love this place. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis (was born with it)and am no stranger to physical therapy. Recently I also had to battle cancer as well. Between the cancer and the resulting surgeries I have been in amazing amounts of pain. Fortunately Dr. Z and his incredibly empathetic and skilled team are here to help. The team at EliteTherapy really are a team. They work in an incredibly synergistic fashion. From the moment you walk through that front door every single one of them make sure to greet and welcome you. The team is made up of a diverse group of individuals, and each one of them has a different approach to help and healing. I love that. I love that Dr. Z honors these individuals and takes into account that there are different ways to reach out and assist his patients. He and his team are caring, kind individuals who are careful to keep up to date with pain management techniques from different modalities and approaches. The office is clean and beautifully appointed. The atmosphere is a great energetic mix of feel good energy and great music. The staff are friendly and generous and genuinely care about their patients. I came to them with very specific and unusual needs due to Rhematoid Arthritis and surgeries for cancer removal. I was a bundle of pain and they have shown me how to undo the pain and work around whatever obstacles I have so that at the end of every session I feel more and more empowered. I highly recommend Elite Therapy and Wellness to absolutely everybody!

Life changing PT! Went in for rehab on a damaged knee; got fast results and was quickly educated in the changes I needed to make to stay healthy and fully mobile on my own. Dr. Z and staff are proficient in active release technique which releases tight muscles and restores structural balance; which in turn relieves pain and reduces occurrence of additional damage. Also received help on a shoulder bursa issue that has been intermittently painful for years; just a few corrective stretches and band exercises fixed the problem...a problem that had been addressed through another PT several years prior without lasting results. That facility did not practice active release. Dr. Z is also an excellent chiropractor, and on the occasion I need a bit of additional alignment, which is now less frequent due to PT, he straightens me out and sends me on my way completely rebalanced and anxious to go outside and do my best to screw it up again! If you have pain and are determined to stay active, please go see Dr. Z, Joe and staff. Everyone at this place is pleasant, professional, and dedicated; make an appointment, they stay busy here!

My family doctor referred me to PB Elite Therapy for my neck and back injuries that I received in a car accident. As a physical therapy first-timer, Dr. Z and his team eliminated any apprehensiveness I had about being treated, and have taught me strengthening exercises to help heal my upper and lower back. Sometimes it was a particular exercise that would work wonders, and other times it would be neuromuscular therapy, or what I like to call “Magic Hands”. They made it as pain-free as possible by making sure I didn’t do anything that caused me more pain. They never made me “work through the pain”, only work “TO” it. I love how they all work together to provide us with an uplifting environment while listening to great music. It has been an incredibly positive healing process for me and I feel extremely fortunate to have found PB Elite Therapy. Go see Dr. Z and his staff if ever you need physical therapy. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Dr. Z by my mom. Elite therapy is a combination of supervised exercises and active release therapy plus a positive atmosphere that creates a fully immersive and well rounded mind body approach to healing and leaves you confident and competent with new found skills. Elite therapy provides you with the skills to get better and stay better in between appointments too. I much prefer this to the conventional and typically myopic approach, which usually leaves you in just about as much pain afterwards as you were in before. I have Spina Bifida Occulta and Dr. Z and his team have helped me so much that I highly recommend them. I cant recover from Spina Bifida, but thanks to Elite Therapy I can live much more comfortably.

I would like to commend Dr. Zabriskie (Dr.”Z”) and his staff at Elite Therapy & Wellness for the excellent care they gave me in the treatment of my plantar fasciitis. During the initial consultation, Dr. Z. took the time to completely explain the nature of my condition and what could be done to alleviate the pain. All members of the staff are courteous, patient, and caring when teaching you to do the therapeutic exercises. My progress was carefully monitored, and today I am back to doing my 5 mile walks in the morning with no pain. Thank you, Dr. Z and staff!

I was referred to Dr Zabriskie to treat a wrist injury sustained from golf and working out. Over the past few months Dr Z and his team have led me back to the course and stronger while doing so. Not only do they provide a workout and treatment during your appointment, but you leave with exercises to continue strengthening at home. The entire staff at Elite Therapy is very welcoming and always ready to help every patient. If you have a sports, work or any other injury I highly suggest visiting their office!

I had a partial knee replacement almost one year ago. My surgeon said everything went perfectly. The problem was it was still painful when I walked. I was referred several times to "Dr. Z" and finally went. It turns out the surgery WAS perfect but the muscles and tendons were not. After a couple times a week for 4 weeks I could walk WITHOUT pain. For me, it truly was a miracle. Thank you Dr. Z and staff. You are truly life changing.

The staff of physical therapists get to the root of the problem by getting the proper muscles firing again along with showing you how to continue your own therapy at home to protect you from further injury.
