I would like to thank Dr. Chris Bargmann for his time and care on the 5th of January. It was a Saturday and I got his contact information through Blooma (prenatal yoga) because I had insistent discomfort in my neck and low back accompanied by a headache. These ailments had been hanging out with me as long as I had been pregnant (6 months). After my appointment on Saturday, my body flushed itself three times in the next couple of hours and I literally felt my headache dissipate. It has not yet returned, 1 week later and is the first time this pregnancy that I am not concerned about where the Tylenol bottle is. I think this is incredible as I have always believed in Chiropractic care and have seen a range of styles by 7 different providers throughout the last 10 years. I have always had the same complaints and short-lived resolutions. I dont know what happened differently per say but my mind is now at ease and I live with more freedom. Dr. Chris sent me home with tools to take care of myself. He even mentioned diet, nutrition and indigestion as possible catalysts to my pain! What doctor ever asks about nutrition??!?!!!!??!!!! I am so impressed. I can not wait to have an excuse to get back to the cities. He will be a reason for even going. Happy Days from Duluth. Angela Krick

Look at these reviews. They all say 5/5 for a reason. I am a real person, feel free to look at my Facebook. I injured my neck in karate, January 2014. I went to physical therapy, 3 different chiropractors and spent months laying down icing my neck. No one could tell me what the problem was. I was not able to work and my ears were ringing and my vision was blurred. I was not able to look at a TV screen without major headaches. After 1 month with Dr. Chris I was able go on walks and almost all of the major problems were gone. Im 26 years old and am fairly active. Im not messing around, if you have major problems that are not being addressed properly come here. He is very affordable and offers pay up front plans for certain discounts. He has people saying these things for a reason. I dislike the idea of having my back cracked. but I hate feeling awful even more, and he is the only person who has gotten me results. Pretty sure I can recommend his work no more than that. They should have a 6/5 for people who really help people. Lastly, there is messages in the office sometimes. Its pretty amazing.

I was at a low point last winter, with a nagging pain in my hip and hamstring, affecting all aspects of my life. After being mis-diagnosed with a "tight hamstring" from a local doctor and going through a month of useless physical therapy, I met Chris at a gathering of friends. After an exam in his office, he showed me how my alignment in my low-back was affecting the nerves and giving me the illusion of a leg problem. He was confident that after being re-aligned, the pain would go away and flexibility would return. He was 100% spot on with my treatment. Over the course of several months with a series of adjustments and stretching exercises from Chris…I just completed a 50 mile gravel road race with no pain or discomfort. Its incredible what a difference he has made for me regaining strength, mobility and the ability to get back on with an active lifestyle. I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone who is suffering from similar symptoms. Thank you Dr. Chris!

I came to Edina Family Chiropractic to alleviate low pack pain and shoulder and neck tension. Dr. Chris took X-rays of my spine and worked with me to not only alleviate my pain and tension but we continued to work on the overall health of my spine. Dr. Chris took the time to go over my X-Rays and explain to me what we needed to do. He gave me exercise I could perform at home to help with the process. When I woke up with a kink in my neck, Dr. Chris made room is his schedule to get me in right away. The space is open and relaxing, it feels more like a living room than an office. I highly recommend Edina Family Chiropractics for anyone looking to alleviate pain and make lasting changes to the health of their spine.

On the night of the Esprit de She race in Edina this summer I stopped by the Edina Family Chiropractic booth and met Dr. Chris. I had been having shoulder pain for a while and hadnt previously made the time to check it out. I shared my symptoms with him and he said he could help. I went in for an assessment and learned that there was a lot more going on than just my shoulder. He put together a 90 day plan of which Im currently part way through. I already have some symptom relief and can see other positive benefits. I hadnt seen a chirporactor before this but have been incredibly impressed with him, his wonderful team member Courtney and the whole experience.

I recently started going to Dr. Chris for pain in my neck & shoulder. I wasnt able to sleep for at least 3 nights because the pain would become much worse while lying down. I felt much better after the first session, but what I like most about Dr. Chris methodology is that he explains everything in lay terms, with images of x-rays etc so you understand WHY the problem is occurring. I now understand (and believe in!) the importance of "spine maintenance" because everything we do all day depends on our spine functioning properly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chris works miracles! He has reduced the number of headache days I have significantly, he kept me feeling great during a pregnancy, and helped me recover quickly postpartum. He has adjusted my infant daughter right after birth and she has always been in a happy mood and rarely gets more than a slight cold. He is always inspiring me to take better care of myself in all aspects and has made a hugely positive impact in my life, and the life of my daughter.

I went to EFC with neck pains that had been bothering me for months. I have now been seeing Dr. Chris for the past 3 months and Ive experienced a significant reduction in the pain in my neck. Before going to Dr. Chris, I was limited in my ability to workout and do athletic activities because of the pain in my neck but now I have been able to enjoy these activities. The office manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable too!

After having an injury that we thought would take close to a month to heal, I was checked out and cleared to race my MN State Final Bmx Race that very weekend.
