I struggled with the decision to write this review, however, after my one and only experience with this business I felt it necessary. I have been seeing a chiropractor and a different place for at least a year. Unfortunately, she was off for the Christmas holiday and I desperately needed an adjustment. I called and the doctor answered the phone. I told him that I was in pain and needed an adjustment, however, I wasnt currently a patient of his. He told me that they could squeeze me in and handed me off to the office manager. The office manager explained that it was protocol to do a new patient exam, which I expected. I arrived for my appointment and met with the doctor. We spent a bunch of time reviewing my health history, previous chiropractic care, etc. I told him that I had a never been in an accident and I just needed an adjustment. He insisted that he needed x-rays. Ok fine lets do x-rays even though my current chiropractor never insisted or thought that that was necessary. Then I ask about the adjustment. The doctor looks at me and states that he doesnt have time for an adjustment. I practically begged and was told that he didnt have time for that today. That was the entire objective of this visit. I was clear in my expectations when I called this place and even spoke to the doctor so there couldnt have been any misunderstanding. I was told that they would have to schedule an appointment later in the week. It was like having a carrot waved in your face. I had to have all these add on services or they wouldnt do the adjustment. I paid out of pocket for those services only to find out at the end of my appointment I wouldnt be getting an adjustment and I would be leaving in pain. Ive never met a doctor who doesnt actually try to help a patient. Ask for transparency in the services and know that if you need immediate relief that this might not be the place for you.

I was involved in a horrible care accident last December and decided to seek help from Dr. Chris at St. Paul Chiropractic and Natural Health. It has been an awakening experience into rehab and total body health. I feel I receive the best care possible from Dr. Chris and his staff. They are caring, and willing to take the time needed to promote healing and dedicated to better health in all aspects. I give he and his staff the highest recommendation! You people have changed my life and I need to say THANK YOU! I will continue my treatments and recommend all my friends and family to this wonderful business. Rick

I used to have constant pain in my right elbow. For years. My orthopedic doctor gave me cortisone shots to loosen it up, but it was just temporary relief. Finally, my daughter convinced me to see Dr. Chris - Id never have gone to a chiropractor. After a few months of seeing Dr Chris, my pain was greatly reduced. And now almost a year later, its practically nonexistent. Im not sure exactly how - whether its the electrical stimulation, the adjustments or the few supplements Im taking - but he got the pain to go away. All I can say is it worked for me.

Dr. Chris does a decent job as a chiropractor, in that he does x-rays and a full evaluation. He also focuses heavily on sales, and that is why I am giving this clinic a low rating. They run body fat analysis tests that they claim can detect toxins in the body (contrary to established fact), and he pushes his supplements very hard, yet does no testing to determine which supplements you might actually need. One no should be enough to not hear about it, but you will not get that at this clinic. I will not be back.

Ive been seeing Dr. Chris for over a year now and have see so much improvement to my health. I cant tell you how many chiropractors Ive seen over the years not a single one did x-rays or a work up before adjusting me. Dr. Chris took the time to do a complete medical history intake, full consultation, talked with me about my health goals and truly created a customized treatment plan. I cant say enough to about how amazing his staff and clinic are!

Dr. Chris did a great job focusing on my needs. Im a dental student and I appreciate all the diagnostics he did in order to find a treatment plan that worked with my schedule and made sense. They care about you as a person in addition to your overall health. Massage was great as well!
